This is how to heal your relationship with money. This could be, maybe, one of the most important videos I've posted to this channel to date. And yes, I'm definitely going to get into some spirituality here, but trust me when I say it's important.
Most of us (or should I say all of us) have some kind of stress or negative programming around money. Whether it's negative emotions we picked up as a child, or the lack we experience in our daily lives, not many of us have gone through life without picking up something negative around money. But with that said, how do you release or heal those emotions?
As a start, with this video. In it, I've put some of my favourite practices or exercises when it comes to healing trauma around money, and living a life with less (or no) negative attachment to it.

Haven't practiced giving the money away that much. But have practiced giving my clothes away - to charity shops, friends, recycling. And selling sometimes. Gotta say never have I ever felt richer than when I GAVE AWAY my things. Somehow you feel so rich, you feel that you have an excess of something, you have something to give to others. Great feeling! Maybe start with giving something away that you have an excess of and then slowly move towards giving away the money. Bit by bit, step by step.

Please do the savings video! As a student, I try really hard to "pay myself first" a sum which I am comfortable with. But I would still love to learn new tricks on how to be able to save even with a small budget😊

On giving away money... sometimes it feels so good to have that extra bit to buy gifts at meaningful times for loved ones!!! I remember when I could barely afford to buy my Dad a birthday card but I knew that it was important for him to receive something from me. When he was in the hospital this year, I felt so happy to be able to send him a painting for his hospital room (he was there one month!) And he was so happy to receive such a meaningful gift. The painting was from an artist friend who I've lived with a number of times during my travel/transition periods.... so it was like giving her a gift of money (because she never asked me for much money in exchange for an amazing place to live) and giving my dad something to enjoy. Giving away money, for me, is also giving away gifts.
The video about Blackrock blew my mind. I expected something of the sort to exist but didn’t know how bad it really was. Thanks to you & Leon for bringing this forward to our knowledge. Its honestly so overwhelming. I already wanted to make conscious well informed financial and other decisions but the way the world is kinda becoming more and more scary and its hard to keep up 😔 Thanks for being someone I can look up to for inspiration. I find that the point at 2:30 is the key - “self responsibility, self responsibility …” is my favorite mantra. Sometimes I fall, forget, and come back to it again. Argh!! This is the heart of money making. Leaving the guilt and whose-fault behind and focusing on what I can do (and not do) to improve my romance with wealth ;)

As someone who grew up in a family where money was always a problem I developed this mindset where having many stuff = being "rich". Throughout the years I bought so much unnecessary things that it is ridiculous. I also depended on money and shopping to make myself feel better, less sad (Suprise! It didn't work...). Now I'm in the process of healing and breaking the cycle. I still have a lot of work to do but I'm getting there and your videos are definitely helping me! Greetings from Poland! Buziaki
