- It's finally here.. the mythical terminology video is FINALLY HERE! You guys have been BEGGING for this ever since I mentioned that I might do it. Well as it turns out I had to re-record the ENTIRE video because I messed up the first take, but TODAY I am joined by none other than LordKnight to help you guys learn what all of the different lingo in DBFZ means. I put a LOT of work into this so I hope you all enjoy it and learn something from it!

The only FGC term I haven't been able to figure out is TRM. From the tournaments I've watched, it sounds like another way to say tick throw, but I have no way to confirm that. Also, great video. The editing was slick and you guys were super thorough. Lotus and LK, I wish you both happy days and good fortune my dudes.

Just as an addendum, since it wasn't mentioned in the video, jump cancelling can also refer to the action of cancelling grounded moves into a jump, in addition to the mentioned double jump cancelling. Typically, you'll see this in cancelling 5M in order to convert to an air series, or (less frequently) while in Sparking, during which jump cancel options open up considerably!
