Nice overview on these. We have heard of the issues with cracking but we were unsure of exactly where that was happening. Does look like the sping pocket was the issue.
The extra bushing sleeves are for s10s which have a larger bolt.

I’m going to install tubular control arms on my ‘55 Chevy Nomad. My Dad kept a sign on his desk that said, “the bitterness of poor quality remains longer than the sweetness of low price”. Yes, the price was good but you spent a fair amount of your time chasing stuff back and forth. Too much work to install these only to have to tear the whole thing apart to replace with what maybe should have been purchased at the start.

Does anyone have a comparison of these uppers vs the stock uppers in terms of length, on my s10 I’m running UMI lowers with stock uppers unfortunately and I’m having to run a massive stack of washers to get just barely 0 degrees of camber so I’m wanting to know how much shorter if at all these uppers are. If they are shorter I’d much rather get these then spend $700 on the UMI uppers

I've measured mine from the back of the cross-shaft (the side the nut fastens) to the outer edge of where the upper ball joint mounts and its almost exactly 10 inches. I'd be happy to send you a pic if you have an email I can send it to. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately the upper and lower kit is not available. Only the uppers can be purchased at this time. They are working with the manufacturer to correct a design flaw with the lower spring pocket. Here is the link for the uppers that are still available. Hope this helps.
