I have two friends. Me, and this Cricket I found at the pet shop. I told the clerk I found a stray Cricket and they said to just leave it cause it's not a pet, it's food. And I decided not to because when I looked at his cute bulging eyes, and antennas, I couldn't. Plus, he was attached to me, he was sitting on my hand and he was making noises. You know what that shark said at Nemo. "Crickets are friends, not food." I took him home and together we watched T.V. and the StateFarm commercial came on and I found out his name. StateFarm. And he looked at me and I looked at him, and I knew, it was the perfect name.
One day, we were walking around near a lake with a bunch of people going fishing, and I decided to let StateFarm walk a little bit, and this guy ran out of bait and when he saw StateFarm he grabbed him and used him as bait, that was the last time I saw StateFarm, I wish I could say goodbye to him.
