  • A dairy farmer named Don Sipple heard someone knocking on his front door. He went to answer the door and when he did, he saw a young woman standing there-- muddy and bloody. Her clothes were completely tattered and torn. She also had dripping blood from a wound on her arm. It was like someone had carved the word ‘boy’ into her flesh.

We have to take anything Ezra said about Alex and their intimate life and his philosophies with a grain of salt. She attributed poetry he wrote to herself even when it was about someone else. Dreading did an incredible deep dive on this case and did Alex justice by going over what his writing actually meant. He was truly a gifted writer and Ezra is the biggest poser on this planet. She morphs herself into whoever and whatever she feels will seduce whoever is her target at the time. Taking anything Ezra said as fact when it comes to how you are painting the victim is extremely dangerous.

(Ppl are gonna think I am such a weirdo but if it even helps one person then, go ahead call me weird 🤷🏼‍♀️)
I have gotten a really horrible infection while shaving from leaving my razor in the shower. Even if it is a new razor and it doesn’t sit directly in water! The moisture of the shower over time can cause bacteria to grow between the blades and as soon as you knick yourself or graze an already aggravated ingrown it can be game over. I ended up in hospital. Not to mention it was very painful. I was told by the doctor to never leave my razor in the shower and to shake the water off well, let it finish air drying and to put it way once it’s dry. Hope this helps someone avoid a bad experience similar to mine!

The judge and the prosecution just let THE SUSPECT IN THE CASE read an unauthenticated journal by the victim, then openly allowed her to frame every aspect, unchallenged, of every passage that was selected from the larger journal, create the context however she liked, and then further assert what every passage meant from his point of view?!

Don't date or socialize with anyone unless they have some christianity in their background. Trust me on this. Authentic christian life involves serving God's will...through prayer, acts, and loyalty. With these practices, the devotee recieves the gift of "grace". Grace is peace, love, care...a spirit of goodness, joy, charity, forgiveness.
This is what you want to be near.
Now in these strange times...you should not bother with anyone who does not appreciate the phrase: "Lucifer rising". Anyone should be able to see the trend towards anti christianity (or hate or anti love or anti God).

Check out dreadings series on this case. It goes into it more. This is a good video but I don’t agree with her being allowed to do this but she made an ass of herself.
But still it’s so disgusting. She’s disgusting.
Edit: I really want to add that Alex’s writings were taken WAY out of context, and he was obviously going through a dark phase in his life. I mean I’m 34 and I see him as kind of just like a kid just like the kids that I work with that are like 23. He was a talented writer and they use the word “cannibal” completely wrong when he’s talking about it in a totally different context and essentially his journal is all a love letter to her. That’s what makes it so so horrendous and so disgusting with what she’s doing. I’m glad that at the end, the prosecutor puts it all in context because Alex might’ve had some problems for sure but he was not violent. He did not even put up a struggle because she blindsided him. This dude was so so in love with her, and, she wrote such horrible things about him and she sat there and waited for him to die and agonizing death, like she sat there for a good while while he died, and I’m genuinely wondering if she smashed his phone in front of him just as a final go to hell, even though he did nothing but love her, and when she told him to never contact her again, he completely respected that. I hope she rots forever more and the fact that people buy her art and support her disgust me.
“ come as you are, flaws, and all.” That was what he wrote about her, and she took it completely a different direction. There’s so much about this case that truly disturbs me, but then using his journals, while her privacy was completely protected, and her journals were not allowed in with the exception of a little bit is just horrible. The poor man couldn’t even get dignity in death, and I truly believe that he would’ve been an excellent professor, and an even better writer had she not snuffed out his life like it were nothing more than stomping dog shit off of a shoe.

The fact that she was able to just completely use his writing and bastardize them when honestly, although they are a bit pretentious(but in general philosophy kinda can be lol) he had so so much potential his writings are really interesting. i’m sure his family was traumatized by all of this but I would love to read some of his writing and it’s really a shame that he didn’t get to evolve further, especially as I could’ve imagined that he would’ve made an amazing teacher and I was so happy when the prosecutor put the writing in context. But she’s so disgusting.
I just could not imagine having a family member murdered and then having their killer sit there and try to look cute while using their personal damn journal to show why they had to die and why they are dangerous. When in actuality, she can’t pronounce most of the words, and it’s very apparent that she doesn’t understand the concepts. And also it’s super apparent that her attorneys DID understand and just completely took it out of context. I just could not imagine watching that happen.
It’s definitely important that we all get our day in court for sure. If I were on the other end, then I would want the best shot I could. Both have anger management issues and both will cheat if it means getting more attention. Also- both have identity issues!! What’s different is what drives them, and the fact that narcs can’t feel sadness/empathy for others and are cold while borderlines feel too much of it and are always crying (if they allow you to see it). Problem is they can present very similarly. So I can’t tell with her but she’s def one of them (and sociopath is still an option! But that usually requires knowing about her childhood (did she steal? The whole of Ezra/Monica’s court testimony was tone-deaf exhibitionism but, the way she preened and flirted when Jason Mengel walked in to take the stand… she was obviously and overtly vying for his attention, despite him testifying against her in the trial of his best friend’s murder. It was revealing. A stark display of her completely delusional desperation. It made the prosecution’s case very clear for the jury. Jason later said her attention to him was disturbing.
    That’s the TL;DR
It reminded me of a yandere. She seemed to be a love smitten teenager taken to extremes of psychopathy, obsessed.
Imo she was faking her other incidents of memory loss for attention. Even though she was believed by initial evaluation, this event must be taken into account when evaluating the past - that this time she admitted to falsifying the evidence and claiming no recollection whatsoever when she did know.
Jason Mengel’s testimony was also enlightening: he recognized her behavior was dangerous although she lied to him. Enough to warrant him following her and even attracting police attention. She also reassured police that everything was fine. She made several attempts to conceal her intentions and showed no remorse. An innocent person who killed their friend - or anyone - would have shown distress, remorse, fear and pain for the victims family, even if she had not intended for this to happen or been defending herself. She showed none of this. She was more concerned about her impression on the jury.
Idk if she should be imprisoned for life. I think remanding her to a psychiatric institution for at least part of her sentence would have been better than the possibility of parole without psychiatric intervention, which she obviously needs.

It’s infuriating. But the families impact statements.. omg.. they were heartbreaking. The judge has some great things to say as well. You can also see the interrogation videos of her and Jason. It really was painfully cringe listening her refer to college as "secondary school" (aka high school in UK English) and then be unable to pronounce either "facsimile" or "phenomenology." She's like the ultimate and most dangerous combination of pick-me girl and edgelord; the type of remarkably annoying person who seemingly doesn't understand the difference between the internal monologue that tells them their life is some magical, deeply significant novel, and the realty in which they're chronically unemployed, parasitic, pseudointellectual pedants.
People like her are quite literally the reason I switched from being a creative writing major to premed! The thought of spending 4 years surrounded with obnoxiously pretentious students & faculty was just too much to bear.
Now, to be fair, plenty of premed students are also full of themselves, but in that field of study you're generally too busy to waste precious time being pedantic. The creative writing students, OTOH, seemed to have all the time in the world to philosophize how many angels can dance on the head of a pin and other pressing concerns.

I went through a rabbit hole on this case and watched the interrogations, interviews with everyone and trial footage and she is so narcissistic and manipulative and she thinks she’s truly the victim in all of it. She truly believes she’s above everyone else and smarter than anyone else. The makeup thing is a good example of her grandiose sense of self. Jason didn’t say it as meanly as she perceived it; Alex’s roommate and friends confirmed that as they also told her her makeup was clownish. They were being honest with a friend yet she took their honesty like she was a victim because they didn’t view it as “omg she SO UNIQUE!” She’s Insane! I feel terribly for the accepting group of people she terrorized. She was in the group for less than a year before she ran through it like a storm. Interesting how through the trial she was this cute, feminine and dainty girl who is so helpless and then during sentencing she had short hair and was giving a more masculine demeanor. Very well done! Recent new sub here. Very impressed with your research and commentary during the 2 videos Ive seen on your channel. You are mature beyond your years and as well put together as any millennial Ive ever seen. Congrats Annie, you have a lot to be proud of. My hope for the future is brighter with you in it. Cheers...

She was so full of herself in court but when she was found guilty you could see her deflate like a balloon.

Damn, I feel so bad for that kind old man that helped her. He was genuinely concerned for her. He was so sweet. I wish I could give him a big hug. He probably would never imagine what an evil atrocity she had just committed. God bless him.

Rather than saying to his parents that she is sorry she took their son's life, she said, "I am sorry they have lost their son". She is not taking responsibility for taking his life.

The way she says “Why Ezra, well…” she’s actually enjoying this opportunity to talk about herself, and “explain” how interesting and unique she is. I also don’t believe that she’s ‘gender fluid’. I think the name change, like everything else, was just for attention as this “unique”, deep thinking, extremely intelligent individual. We’re each unique, but she’s making things up try and portray herself as SO unique, and SO incredibly interesting, instead of just being herself. Of course, she probably has no idea who she actually is.
Alex, on the other hand, seems to have been genuinely intelligent and interesting.
Jason is the most puzzling of these characters. Thirty three years old, but hanging out with college aged ‘friends’. I do believe that she probably lied about her age when she met him.

      Complete and total narcissism.

Plenty of narcissists are also gender fluid. Saying that she was using gender to make herself feel special just creates more problems for people who truly are gender fluid or things similar to that. There's no way to prove someone else's identity unless she said she was lying, so if we go around saying that, people will use that as an excuse to be hostile towards any gender non-conforming person they don't like. Sucks that people still have prejudice, but the bad apples like Ezra make it hell for the rest of us.

@@isthataspider7410 except that some people really do just claim that to be special. I get it makes you feel like your less valid. But it's true though and denying that people do that isn't going to make it go away.

Her demeanor during her testimony was emotionless. She was well rehearsed and detached.
