Man this one really did it for me. For weeks I've been trying to stop stressing myself out so much. Place your hands on your lap, or legs.
Take three deep breaths. Inhale as much air as you can....then exhale, forcefully, all the air out.
Close your eyes. Relax every part of your body. Listen to the music.
If your mind starts to wonder, pay attention to your breathing....
Breathe in, slowly count: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Exhale, slowly, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Foi um sonho q pareceu ser rápido int quem souber uq pode sgnificar ou uq ele quis passar pode deixar sua opinião verei todas. O sonho é o seguinte. Eu andava em uma rua do meu bairro e nessa rua tinha pessoas q pareciam doidas.

Isso tbm acontecia com pessoas dentro de comércios na própria rua, quando via eles em direção ao local corriam para fecharem as portas.
Int eu caminhando e vendo isso comentei cmg msm, "parecem doidos" e nessa hr vieram vários em minha direção. Int acordei. Sonho pode ser só um sonho tbm mais c tiver algum fundamento aceito kkkkkkk vlwwww
