Your video really helped with my BSD racing desert assault! Ended up doing the same with the diff drive gear except on the front. I’m terrible at jumping so my fault 🤦‍♂️. Hopefully the loctite works when it’s set. Thanks again! Also what screwdriver bit do you do use on the BSD racing desert assault Phillips screws?

What servo have you got in the desert assault?

How are your front driveshafts holding up on the BSD Racing desert assault? I have the same set up as you and my driveshafts are constant problems. Have you upgraded yours? Any tips?

Sorry but I can't help with this. I have heard of others having this same problem however I have no such problem with both of my identical models.
The problem may be that when the suspension goes up and down that maybe the drive shafts are not long enough and they might come out of the drive cups enough to cause wear on the drive shafts.
You could try placing tiny rubber o-rings in the cup that does not have wear on the end of the drive shaft and then insert the drive shaft as normal. This is to stop the drive shaft moving too far out of the drive cup which then causes wear on the drive shaft. I don't know whether there is enough room to do this but it's the only advice I can offer.
      Hope this helps 🙏

My driveshaft pin pushes out on the weak cuff and the pin flies out. I have gone through around 5 driveshafts this way and if I carry on it’s bound to break another.

Ended up getting a mate to machine me some thicker cuffs so all good!
