I’ve recently been working on my skin since having 2 babies my skin has such inflammation (as well as gut) how long did you be strict with your diet Annie for when you had skin issues? How often do you have dairy and gluten? Urgh I miss the foods haha. I’m trying to heal leaky gut and inflammation so have been super strict by cutting things out but slowly reintroducing it in a month or 2.
