Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by Rockstar Games. The game is the third entry in the Red Dead series and a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption. The story is set in a fictionalized representation of the United States in 1899 and follows the exploits of outlaw Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang, who must deal with the decline of the Wild West whilst attempting to survive against government forces, rival gangs, and other adversaries. The game is presented through first- and third-person perspectives, and the player may freely roam in its interactive open world. Gameplay elements include shootouts, robberies, hunting, horseback riding, interacting with non-player characters, and maintaining the character's honor rating through moral choices and deeds. A bounty system governs the response of law enforcement and bounty hunters to crimes committed by the player.

When i did my play-trough i redone this episode at least 10 times and to de point i was ready to sell all things
jewelries, gold, more perfect animal skins or trinkets or whatnot.. only if i knew a way so that Lenny could be saved ..
unfortunately the game did not have such option.. way too fast way too stupid and so damn silly.. RIP Lenny !

Never mind some people's complaints C. It's your game and you can spend as much time as you want on the story. Besides, real life always comes first. This is such a special game that one shouldn't rush through it, no matter how long it takes. We are experiencing everything with you and we are not in a hurry. 🥰

If I had the chance to experience this game for the 1st time again, I'd stretch it out over the span of a year. So please, TAKE AS MUCH OF YOUR SWEET TIME AS YOU WANT. There's no reason to rush, whatsoever. I binged all of your RDR2 episodes to get caught up with the new ones and enjoyed every minute.
That's the one regret I had. I rushed through it my first time. 2nd time took me 6 months and I realized how much I had missed.
I hope some one recommend her to play Red dead redemption 1 after she finish the game
I feel like its time to start commenting on your videos! I'm one of the "silent viewers", that typically just enjoy your videos but never comment. And I feel like there are a lot of people like me. We all just REALLY love and admire your style of gameplay - we just never say it. Your videos get thousands of views, thousands of individuals, where the majority loves what you are doing.
I appreciate it very much when you provide us with an upload-schedule, so I know when to expect a new video. Sometimes your videos just make my entire day a better day. I sometimes don't finish your whole video at one, just so I have something to look forward to the next day.

This game made me "feel" more than any other game, including the first one. Those feelings were both in the positive and negative directions. Very joyous, very sad, very amused, etc. When Kieran rode into plantation camp, I was shocked enough that I just turned the game off and took a day. (I'm an old softie) Anytime something happens like that or like what happened in Saint Denis, I had to ask myself if I *really* wanted to take the emotional risk that more could happen.
I love how you take your time and really appreciate what the game offers.❤ I'm pretty sure I'm with the majority here, so don't let them get into you. In the end of the day, it's your game experience.
A tip for navigating through the gators - if you shoot the ground close to them, they run away.
Shock and anger is the only reaction one can have at that moment... it's the sense of dread you have before knowing something will go wrong but when it does it hits you like a train!
14:11 This made me mad. People are just being impatient. Rdr2 is one of those games that you really really want enjoy every moment of it. Going at your own pace is most preferred. Whether that be fast or slow, but know taking your time is even more worth it. You are not going for a record or trying to meet a quota. I can wait patiently because it's just worth it. This is such a great playthrough and you made a few very good observations at the end which you'll want to keep in mind. The next 2 chapters are what elevate this game from a top tier game into being one of the best games ever made, period.

I’m so sorry people are pressuring you into playing the game a certain way and just being annoying. I know this game means a lot to so many people and many of those people that rush you into playing the game differently aren’t here for your gameplay, they are here to see someone react to the shocking parts of the game and they are forgetting what’s actually fun about playing these games. All of us who played the game on our own time in our own homes, we went on countless ”meaningless” side missions of exploring something pointless in the end but it was fun and honestly a big chunk why I love this game so much. People are just impatient and want to see the most exciting parts and nothing else. Just know, there are so many of us that watch your videos for your gameplay and your commentary, whatever form it comes in ❤️
Plus as someone who makes youtube videos as well, I know how long filming and editing and also mentally getting ready for it takes. Also the fact that you’re still working while doing this means that you’re spending a lot of your free time making content for us and it’s so frustrating to knlw that there are so many people who still complain. The game IS about stop and smell the flowers ! We love you the way you are. If some people are getting mad because of that, good for them. Don't change your way to do it. It's your gameplay. Agnes Dowd’s ghost is in the game. She tells her story over several encounters with her between 2 AM and 5 AM in the swamp north of Lagras.
Seeing the thumbnail for the vid immediately makes me feel all the feels of my first playthrough of this game. Hope you enjoyed it regardless of what happened. Losing another 2 members of the gang that you really love was really hard.
Also keep going at whatever pace you want to go and upload what you can. I have said it before I personally love your relaxed and slow pace to this game. You really only get to experience this great game once and it’s good you are going as fast or as slow as you want to.
You play your game exactly how you want to play it .and if someone doesn't like it they can go watch thousands of other streamers . Gaming should be your time of excape from the real world . The writing in this game is so good! The left turn after the bank job and losing people that just seemed untouchable, and the cognitive dissonance of being in an unfamiliar place is an absolute masterpiece in writing and direction. On another note, I'm glad you have been taking your time and playing at your own pace and I hope you continue to do so! I was so invested in your quest for the Andalusian I was terrified the cougar was gonna cause you to lose it! Anyway, whatever may come, I am enjoying your playthrough and don't mind if it takes you a whole year to finish so long as you do everything you want to do and see what you want to see in the game! ❤

15:00 - I prefer your playthrough over any other one I've watched of this game because you don't rush through it. Ignore the haters. This is one of the best games ever made, you only ever get one first experience with it and it should be done at the pace that you want to.
There are plenty of playthroughs of people rushing through the story and missing tons of content that they can go watch.

Theres many collectable hats in the game. If you put a hat on and the description comes up on the screen it's collectable, also they will glow without using deadeye. If they're not saved to your saddlebags they'll be in your clothing trunk at camp.

59:50 just to give you an idea of how much random stuff there is in this game like this, you can find a little stash like this in the snowy part of the map, hidden in a random tree stump that looks kinda suspicious (not really.), theres a really good sidequest you should also do in the bayou, look around the west part of bluewater marsh in the bayou at night, its not available unless its night im pretty sure. most people never do this quest and its pretty good!
That quests also requires you to come across so random Encounters in order to trigger.
I bought this great game back in 2020 and I really didn't take my time playing it. Now I'm replaying it and I'm taking my time because there's a lot to do and I'm really enjoying it. Anyway Thanks ❤👍 I'm enjoying your video......

this episode contains one of the best missions of the game. the whole thing is a masterpiece, but this is where it kicks it into another gear. it feels like you’ve come a long way up til this point. the road ahead may seem daunting. and boy, it will be. but there’s no turning back now. see you on the other side.

I have been watching these videos from the start because I enjoy seeing the reactions of player like you. Don't change style or don't start rushing the story, there are plenty of those players in tube already.
I've completed the game 3 times and I'm still doing the 100% playthrough. Game is truly stunning on PC with oled compared to Xbox One release version. Being a person who has played everything Rockstar has released since DMA days these sandbox games have truly come a long way from the first 2d GTA.

I always say ( especially with this game ) enjoy your journey. There are so many things in this game . Many players just rush through the story just to finish the game. And they miss or skip everything else. When I played I explored the whole map .

Oh Cam...not even 14 minutes here and I have to say - do not let people force you, annoy you, or frustrate you into rushing this game. This game, along it the first one, are true masterpieces. In fact there is still plenty you haven't even scratch yet like the treasure hunting or finding certain easter eggs. (Unless you've been doing that stuff on twitch?)
I have been watching since you uploaded the first episode and I'll be here until the last. And hopefully throughout the first game too if you play it as that's my favorite. Bought it day 1 and 13+ years later I still love it and want to see others enjoy it too.
So do not get discouraged or distracted by the naysayers and complainers. I know "views" and "time watched" etc are important as a youtuber but you also have your loyal supporters. So take your time. Enjoy the game. Not the smucks at the peanut gallery.

Sean, Kieran, Hosea and Lenny. When Lenny died, I was in shock. I really liked LENNEH!
Hosea was sadly already dying from what seemed to be cancer (all the coughing and saying he doesn't have much long left) so Milton shooting him was conflicting because while he died, he was also no longer suffering. Lenny though, that one hit hard because he got no cutscene and it was purely for shock factor. He was only 19 and had a life ahead of him.
You gotta keep in mind that it was Hosea's plan that got he and Lenny killed, not Dutch's.
Joe (The veteran in Rhodes) tells Arthur that some federals are looking for him and he should leave in chapter 3. The shootout in Rhodes and the attack on Braithwaite manor got their attention so they knew exactly how to find them.
Cut to chapter 4 where Dutch decides to rob the trolley station which leads to a shootout because Bronte set them up, then Dutch decides to get revenge by shooting up Bronte's house and kidnapping him (The most powerful man in St. Denis) and then killing him because his ego got bruised. Bronte 100% snitched on them to the pinkerton's because he has connections and Dutch made several bad calls.
But in the end, it was Hosea's plan that backfired even though it was all a domino effect of Dutch's choices since chapter 3.

I would say you're moving at good pace, don't worry about the haters. This is a long game to play no matter how fast you do it, and when its over you'll be missing it. Guaranteed.

You have to take your time with this game. The people rushing you have either forgotten that or completely missed the point. They can replay it themselves if they want to experience it in their own way again like I have for the 12th time.
Personally I'm having a blast watching you enjoy yourself with it, as it takes me back to the first time I played this masterpiece in 2018.
I admit that in the past I have wished for you to move along faster, but I keep it to myself because it’s your play through, not mine. You play as you see fit. I enjoy watching others play and laugh/cry along with them. Then, the game becomes a community experience, which is a beautiful thing.

Don't sweat taking your time, the game is a slow burn and that is a strength of the game. Rushing it would be a disservice to both you and the game. Take your time, do all the content you wish to do. I love your journey so far and look forward to watching you complete it at YOUR PACE :)

2:52 - It's because you're wearing a jacket in Lemoyne. Arthur's cores deplete faster if he is hot or cold. You can check in the "player" section of the pause menu.
This will also state whether he is under or over weight.

It took me about four months the first time I played this game, and maybe 6 the second time. Take your time, and enjoy everything, not just the main missions. There are soooo many things like the hat at 26:08 that you can only find if you take your time. Love your videos
Just play the game the way you want to play it. I've done either 4 or 5 play throughs of this game and your play through has allowed me to see even more things that I missed. Especially in the camp interactions with the other gang members.

omg this is gonna be a good episode! based on the title and where you left off you must get a lot done in this one, very excited to see your reactions to certain moments.
also there's 2 main moments that i specifically watch these play throughs for and you're getting very close to one of them, i cant wait. youre the best rdr 2 reactor i've ever seen and i've watched probably about 20 people playthrough this entire game ahaha
You should watch Jettro Jettro’s playthrough if you haven’t, he doesn’t spend as much time on side missions but he was really invested in the story and was really funny

Screw anyone that complains. The vast majority of us love watching every bit, we wouldn’t be here if we weren’t fanatics of this game. It’s a true experience not just a game. Anyone that has anything negative to say can screw off.

One of my biggest gaming regrets was rushing through this game- I couldn't handle the foreboding feeling from chapter 4 onward and felt pressured to get through it to make Arthur & the people in camp happy again. I hate that you're feeling external pressure from viewers to rush! I regret it so much. Thank you for all your efforts, I can't imagine making let's plays while working all the time. Your playstyle is so chill and familiar, it really does feel like hanging out with a friend. And your observations are always so spot on! Love your content Cambo, please take all the time you need making it :D
feel exactly the same as you, I rushed the playthrough while I was on work leave and I didn't experience it like I should have, even with Arthur's death it didn't affect me like it should have. If i ever get a chance to do a second playthrough I will take my time.
Hi Cam, just know that the amount of people enjoying your playthrough of RDR2 far outnumber the ones that don't. Take your time and play how YOU want to play. This game deserves that you take it ALL in, and by that i mean until the very very end 🤠

cougars are basicly ambush predators so every time you are in a area where there is a lot of cover for animals of this sort be aware of your surroundings,espiecially when your wondering around the wilderness haplessly.thankyou for the upload.
