Re: your refrigerator noise, you can temporarily turn up the temperature so that the compressor turns off. For example, if it's set at 40 degrees you can set it to 45 while you shoot a video, then switch it back. Just a suggestion, but I don't mind the lofi audio now and then.
Echo of the kitchen adds a different tingle to the video. I like it👍
The Lofi is awesome! You can always unplug the fridge if you want it quiet. Don't forget to plug it back in! 😅

Dark roasts give off strong and often bitter or smoky profiles due to the extended roasting time. They are terrible for a traditional iced coffee, however, they can make a good cold brew. At a Starbucks store, their iced coffee is a medium roast made with an African blend with Latin American beans (I believe) so I doubt they sell a dark roast iced coffee at a supermarket. I know they used to use their medium roast, Kenya, but switched to some unlabeled blend years ago so I might be wrong with the origin.
The blonde roasts are dangerous because they are lightly roasted so they don’t often taste as strong but in fact carry a higher concentration of caffeine than any other roast. They might go down like water but can caffeinate you quite easily without you realizing it. I personally like a good light roast profile for my iced coffees and I also drink them black. I think they can be bright and go down smooth (and now it sounds like I’m talking about whiskey). I used to manage a coffee shop for almost 9 years but it’s been about 4 years since I did that work so I could be off on some of my knowledge especially with what Starbucks does these days.

As someone who drinks & tries out A LOT of cold brews throughout the summer, one I found this past year at Meijer that I was impressed with was Bizzy. Usually 3 different blends available, I'm generally a dark/espresso roast person myself, I'd recommend giving it a try! ☺️
For the anxious bladder try not going immediately but when you think about going get busy and repeat that three times. My physiotherapist told me that to train the bladder but maybe even more the brain- because your brain will send a signal that if you go 'just in case' or because you want to go a little it starts to think that this is the full capacity of the bladder and that's why you think you need to go. I used to go every 45 minutes and now I drink the same but go every couple of hours.
Also the guac probably stays long that fresh cause it's full of some chemicals 🙈 I loved the video but wish it was a little louder
you should do slow anticipatory whispers, those give me the best tingles and I think u have a great whisper voice for it

If you ever switch to decaf coffee: Tim Hortons, Dunkin, and Cracker Barrel have the best. I had to quit caffeine several years ago. My sleep improved drastically!

This is a nice video, the style is very relaxed. I just have a request that you switch it up and do some slow tapping and slower ASMR sometimes the frenetic Pace sometimes is sometimes counterproductive to relaxation. But I get it different people like different things
