Happy birthday! As far as lululemon clothing goes I’ve found it’s pretty true to size but as far as the tightness and compression it is personal preference. I would be curious which leggings they are - align will be less compressive and more comfy/stretchy, wunder train will be thicker and slightly more compression. It’s nice to go in the store because the employees can give you good advice and feedback in the fitting room. I worked there for years and still live in the clothes, hope that advice helps 😁

happy birthday!! i will warn you w/ lululemom, i love their stuff but i don’t recommend consistently drying them, try to air dry them. DO NOT put them in the dryer if they are the align leggings though they will pill and be basically ruined. For super active wear ig i recommend the wundertrain leggings. The align line is for very light wear like yoga stuff. it’s a whole thing but if you take care of them and do the research mine have lasted a while! also if you get pills on your clothes get an electric fabric shaver, it does wonders!

Lululemon has changed their sizing 🙄 I’ve only ever bought size 6 for any bottoms and I’ve noticed they are about a 1/2inch smaller than they used to be when I compare them to leggings I’ve had for a few years

I have noticed that the Lululemon align leggings run true to my size in jeans. But the lululemon wunder train leggings run smaller. I prefer the align I feel they are more comfortable. The sports bra I size up if there is no padding and size up 2 sizes if there is padding. Hope this helps 😂❤

Love Lulu lemon BUT the material is soo finicky. Make sure you wash Lulu stuff aside from other stuff , on cold and gentle cycle and ALWAYS air dry!!

I do not recommend sizing up. I am usually a size 6 in jeans and had to size down to size 4 in leggings at lulu to keep them from falling while working out. I think they are meant to be snug to provide compression!

Love lululemon, depending on the style/fabric they typically are true to size. If they’re see through or uncomfortable size up. The align leggings size down, a bunch stretch out. HBD!
