Given he was heading to a party, I think it's safe to say it's not what he would normally dress during the day; in fact, he's quite discerning and discreet in his day fashion. Lighten up and let the young man be young.

First off, nothing wrong with a singlet, remember, he's going to a party so showing off the guns is not really a problem...and he has the guns to pull it off.
Secondly, so what if he's pale, he's a ginger for fake Christ's sake, it's not like he had a choice in that. Are you really judging someone on an innate part of their being? I would hope not.
Third, he's a famous and is well thought of, so it makes sense that Fashion Houses would want him to wear their brand, it's called PR. Joe is also sporting Fashion Houses, though his tastes run along the lines of Dior, HermĂšs and Chanel.
Fourth, he dresses how he likes to dress, which we all should, and his fashion choices are as valid as anyone else's. Fashion, like opinions, is varied and subjective.
