I love how Starlight has a Favorite dimension section on her computer. Also it’s nice to see the dimension where Chrysalis was in charge, too bad her reign didn’t last very long.
I was honestly hoping it would turn out to be a stern yet fair utopia built under her rule… but oh well.
@@ericfischer8295 well... Chrysalis's utopia can only be good for changelings. It would be delusional to expect a merciless queen of parasitic species to be fair to what is nothing but her food, now, wouldn't it?
@@ericfischer8295 It might have been. We have have no idea what the alicorns of that world were like. Yes, the three more popular alicorns were turned to stone, but Celestia is rather famous for doing that to enemies of the state, herself. That world's version of Starlight might have been a wanted criminal that caused them no end of trouble, but since there's no dialog in these pretty much ever, all we can do is watch and guess what's going on. (Frankly I'm impressed at the amount of near-silent storytelling. Not everyone can pull that off) Chrysalis' expression could have been a "finally, we found and captured you!" type thing...though the expression she wore could have just as easily been her typical evil self gloating.
Imagine if in this universe, twilight and the two princess were actually the villain and changeling were the inhabitants of the dimension (like the original universe, but reversed where ponies are actually bad guys and changeling were good), starlight just released 3 villains to ruin the world
Well since Chrissy wanted in the show taking the whole eternity to exact her revenge upon cocconed Glim Glam, her biased vision from Starlight (plus petrified princesses and being immediately captured without any crime contested are a big no no about the Queen's behaviour) is acceptable and justified
The changeling turning himself into a cart gotta be the greatest use of transformation powers I've ever seen
It'd be awesome if Chrysalis got the idea to turn her limbs into deadly weapons or something.
But if the changelings that turned into bowling balls could roll around by themselves, why did they have to pull the cart?
Makes me wonder how far changelings can canonically go with their shape-shifting powers.
I only remember that working when Chrysalis turned herself into a croc to smash ice to get ze Bell.
I dont think it a "Official" ability but a fandom thing. Cuz i think Chrysalis would of turned into like a spider or something in season 2 to scare the mane 6.

I love how unbothered Starlight is as she is traversing the multiverse. I guess when you have unmatched god-like magical abilities, there's not a lot that would perturb you. She totally messed up the dimension where Chrysalis was in charge, though. Nobody tell Miguel O'Hara.

I love how Starlight was willing to stay longer in a world ran by Chrysalis so she can help overthrow her. And yet she immediately dips from a world where everyone is animated like Tell Your Tale! I don't blame her.
It's funny how seeing the G5 ponies animated like G4 ponies before was cool, yet seeing the opposite was jarring. Regardless, great video!

@@Busymouseanimations so, for context in case you need it, gen 5 had two series. One was 3D (Make Your Mark) and one was 2D (Tell Your Tale). Lots of bronies hated on the 3D art style, but I personally preferred it over the TYT style which is what that world is drawn in. It's not a bad look, don't get me wrong, in fact I think OP might have spruced it up a little, but I just think MYM and FIM look better.

1:18- G5-style G4 world. Safe. But Starlight noped out of there quickly.
1:37- Equestria taken over by Chrysalis. I would say dangerous, but Starlight freed the princesses from their stony prison. So it would eventually be safe once the princesses rid the world of the changelings.
2:56- World where the characters are gender-swapped. It looks safe, but it was initially classified under the light-orange category for some reason. I also liked how Starlight put the world under the "favorites" section.

Exiting Chrysalis's throne room by turning into a bowling ball is the only way to do so safely and respectfully, since you're never quite turning your back on her.
