I love how everyone was appalled by Rainbow Dash’s fanfiction, but Twilight, the author of the “How to Write Fanfiction” book, was just not impressed. You could see on her face she thought it was a little vanilla. Honestly her whole segment was so relatable.

Actually it seems like for some reason rainbow’s fanfic was a hit being able to be turned to a book. The author of the series probably found the scene that seemed weird to her since it’s based of her adventures

honestly as a smutfic writer i feel this 😭 outsiders looking in on your work go "THIS IS APPALLING! EUGH! DISGUSTING!" but a hardcore fic writer will just look at it and go "oh haha, so tame". ive done it to other people's works myself.
I don't know what's the worse crime, Applejack's tax fraud, Rarity's journalistic censorship, or Rainbow Dash's fanfiction.

The other day I realized that now youtubers don't even have to assemble illustration imagery anymore but can fully automatically generate imagery to their video essays. I told the youtuber that using this abets the technology that already kinda allows you to fully automatically generate youtube channels full of illustrated and spoken video essays.

P.S.: There's also a very old thing called the "Postmodernism Generator" which can randomly generate academic essays that have fooled academics into thinking they are serious and make sense. Imagine the implications.

This is almost exactly how I pictured that the Mane 6 would be moving on with their lives as the years since Twilight became the new ruler of Equestria have passed, Some of their lives seemed to be progressive while for the rest of them life has become dull and boring but at least they were doing what they loved!
Here we are 4 years after the 4th generation ended, And you're animations are still remaining to be the only one's that are keeping the show going, I swear ForgaLorga your dedication never fails and or ceases to amaze us, And like always you created a masterpiece of an animation thank you so much for once again making our day! You did a divine and excellent job bringing this gem to life make no mistake about it, Truly marvelous work!!!
Well, we fans have to fill in what happened between when the mane 6 stopped all the current evil to when they all looked half way to old at the very end of the last episode after all. And I strongly feel that everything Forga has done is completely canon (If you ignore the bit that they would talk at some point and just stick to the times they are just silent and gesturing a lot.)

Writing fanfiction takes a mind full of very cool ideas that spread every two minutes, but running an animal sanctuary... Yeah, I'm glad that Fluttershy has that job because nopony would cope with the immense pressure.
I guess that means the corruption during Twilight's rule really made a mark on why the three pony types were seperated in G5.

I like the idea that we see the show continue on after the show ended. Meaning there is no background music or sound effects. Just snippets of moments into the future.

I miss these kinds of animations!!! I didn’t realize how much I love this show even in 2023
Dash becoming a fanfic writer and taking the sheet from the pony who reads it and gets emotional is a commentary on the "rule" fanfic writers should follow. At least it's good advice I was given. "Write for yourself, not for other people." You write because you want to put something you know you'll enjoy on page, or screen, and you post it so people can read it but not necessarily to make commentary on your writing.
This is great advice!! Same can go for acting and other parts of life
I definitely get this because I'm a fanfic writer too. The stories you write are a part of you and you should be proud that you managed to create something with nothing but your imagination.

People 'like' the old alicorn more because they spent SIX FUCKING YEARS getting used to it and liking it. Need I remind your ignorant ass that the first apperance of twilicorn caused a rather significant fanbase split with a not insignificant portion of the fanbase quitting in a frothing rage at it's existance?
It's litterally the fucking nostalgia factor making people prefer smoll twilicorn over celestia styled twilicorn which alone makes the 'mostly everyone' statement invalid by default due to the bias involved. .
Mm, from a point of design her features are *quite* jarring. Her golden pieces are so chunky that they look pasted on almost, especially given the shade of gold, while nice in small increments, looks awkward as full armour. Her legs are a bit disproportionately long (and this isn't just a princess thing either as Cadence is older than twilight but has shorter, more proportional legs, and while I do like the concept of her having longer hair, the way they maid it overly-flowy is weird?
I think to me, the biggest part of the look is that it's out of character. It's overly textbook princess, and while twilight is feminine, she's also dorky, demure, prefers things simple, and so on! The design feels like they tried so hard to make her look "royal" like the other princesses that they left a piece of her behind, which is a bit sad. Although, you're definitely completely valid for liking the design! Different strokes for different folks!

I love that the 'For Kids' censorship was incoming only to be snuffed out via the angry mob proclaiming that 'Animation if for f###### everyone,' which is something I agree with. No idea why there is such a bias against animation by some people.
Yeah COPPA really ruined CZcams. All because parents blamed the platform for showing their kids violent videos rather than blaming themselves because they're too prideful to admit they should had done better. This happens with cable animated shows and video games. I mean recently parents were complaining about GTA 6 being "too violent for kids" it's an M rated game! It's not for kids. Just don't buy them the game, problem solved.
