  • Dominick Reyes vs Jiri Prochazka was an insane fight which ended in a huge knockout. How did Prochazka land the elbow? Where did Reyes make his mistake? Where does Jiri go from here?

Jiri has everything. He has a granite chin, that incredible combination of insane power and ridiculous stamina (He's finished 90% of his fights in the first round yet has amazing cardio, which is a unicorn combination), technical skill (He won a Muay Thai championship), the mindset, the X Factor (his movement and unpredictability), a fantastic submission defense (He's been put in numerous extremely tight submissions, including in the Reyes fight, and yet hasn't once been submitted in his 32 fights), the creativity in his fighting and the cleverness to get his opponent constantly on edge and second guessing themselves, and most importantly of all, the will to get better. He stated after the Reyes fight, after a dominant win, that he was disappointed in himself because he took so many hits. Those are the words of someone who has the sole goal of being the best they can be. He knows the flaws in his game more then anyone, and rather then just work around them, he wants to improve. This, more then anything, is why he will likely beat Jones. (Even if this wasn't the case, I would still put Jiri as beating Jones, but this seals it for me.) How are you going to game plan your way around someone who constantly improves even 30 fights in and who's already at a top level? The answer is that you can't, and Jones, as he is now, just isn't as good as Jiri in a straight up fight. On a side note, this is also why Ngannou is a nightmare matchup for Jones. Jones has literally no chance on the feet. He will lose every time. He's literally fighting the hardest puncher of all time. You wanna take it to the ground? Look at what happened to Stipe. Francis did a picture perfect sprawl and then circle, and then got right back up. Wanna survive the first round and tire him out? Well first off, good luck getting that far against Ngannou, you are definitely going to need it. Second, look at current Ngannou. He held back, and dismantled Stipe until he got a good shot in and then it was lights out. Even if you survive a clean hit and just go down, you're facing the most dangerous ground and pound of all time. Good luck.

The guy seems to think only of offense and does this unusual stuff, but it's also clear that he's analytical/got good fight IQ when he fights. He prepped for the Reyes slide out into left hand well.

Your videos are loaded with very high technical analysis, yet it's very easy to understand. The free-flowing narration along with relevant vids/pics makes it one of the best MMA videos on youtube. Moreover most of your predictions or prophecy are near perfect. I am just curious, who you are? what's your real name?

He looked fantastic against Jones (more than 80% of the fans believe that he won this fight), he looked good against Jiri too as well.

I dislike when commentators say Jiri fighting with his hands down is 'wrong' and should have his hands up. Really they should say that fighting with your hands down is significantly higher risk but also offers some unique benefits.
