The Sloka begins with Om . One simple truth about Om is that is a pure sound energy which is a symbol of the Ultimate Reality or Brahm or the Supreme what ever you may call .
This Sloka ' Om sahana Vavatu ' is one of the finest sloka which invokes togetherness and that's why it begins with the term Sah meaning together ... both of us together ... like wise ...
