    Scotch pad as in green scotch brite for dishes? I see they have maroon rectangular scotch brite general purpose pads as well.

      the discs I use are 3m rol-loc brown in color
      but the typical DIY guy doesn't have air equipment, etc., so I would suggest 400 grit wet sand paper on a block of wood or scuff pads of some sort

    For some reason, Jeep stopped using the access panel for the oil filter , even though there is still a cutout for it. I thought mine was missing, called the dealer, and they didn't list a part number for it. Doesn't make any sense, why would you want mud, snow, or any other crap getting in there.
