The pure tilt’s innovative design allows the user to spontaneously tilt themselves throughout the day to readjust their posture. This is vital for comfort and pressure relief.
The user / caregiver-operated seat-tilt adjustment mechanism is assisted by a mechanical spring piston. The tilt angle can range from 5° to 40°. To operate the tilt feature simply squeeze the release handle on the right-hand side of the chair and push back against the armrests until you reach the desired tilt position.
Even the slightest tilt allows the user to extend their trunk for optimal respiration, digestion, pressure relief, and relaxation
Engage the mechanism again and pull up on the armrest to resume an upright posture.
The chair can be tilted by a caregiver as well

To facilitate and promote independence and increase mobility, the wheelchair comes with 22” rear wheels and aluminum hand rims for easy self-propulsion.
Each chair is equipped with wheel locks. Push the handle towards the front of the wheelchair to engage the wheels.
Rear anti-tippers come standard as a standard safety feature.
The PURE Tilt features a non-removable padded hydraulic leg rest that can be adjusted in length.
The leg rest can be elevated using the handle
The footplate folds securely under the pads to facilitate self-propulsion with the lower extremities.
The Pure-Tilt backrest can be folded forward to facilitate transport in a van or larger vehicle.
Optional accessories such as side pads and larger leg pads are available to provide added comfort
