It’s getting hot here also my yard as you will see in the scag video is getting tired and hot of mowers.

@@americandream_89 good ol wells. Lol. There nice in the winter but the cabs don’t have A/C just heat and it’s like a sauna inside when I mow like I just got done doing. Heater works great though. It’s 90 in Michigan and like you, I don’t have trees around my house in the country, so not really any shade. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Thank you for your advice and kind words buddy. ✌🏻
Hi, this video is 5 months old but I was wondering if you are happy with the camera? Have you run into any issues? Are you able to customize the lights (dim, brighten, schedule them to be on for a certain time)?
I truly think this is a great upgrade to any floodlight not only is a camera good. But the light is extremely bright and you can have it come on at any point at any Brightness you choose. Along with its sensor to come on automatically it’s a great accommodation to the outdoor. We truly enjoy this camera floodlight. I already use this camera company before hand, so it fit right in my ecosystem. I am grandfathered in on the notification system which helps a whole lot. It seems like to me all the newer camera companies including Wyze Charge for every type of notification. I get it from a company standpoint. But it does cost money as a user.
Beautiful house and yard. I wish the camera came standalone also. One beef with Wyze is there’s no cooldown option. This thing goes off every minute when doing stuff in front of it.

On the new one with AI built-in, you can set it to only go off for vehicles, pets packages, and people. It’s a whole lot better than the first two versions that we have currently.
We use cam plus with ours now and it’s even better. I used it the first couple days without it.
hard wire a switch into it, that way you can shut it off when you're working by it if you don't want it to go off. if you really like the camera you'l find a way

It sets up using Bluetooth so it’s much easier than before. The range on vision is much better than before and detection is crazy fast
Drake does siren works automatically on person detection?
You can set it to do that or a vocal alert when human detection happens

Siren is loud outside but couldn’t be heard inside my house very well.
Did you hook it up to 2.4 or 5 GHz?
It uses both depending on range 2.4 is what it will use if you have a big distance from router.

It’s a black ground wire and white positive wire. Super simple to hook up. It walks you through on the app.

Hate it that Wyze uses the term color night vision, because it's actually just seeing with lights on and not night vision at all. And this floodlight doesn't detect pets, it only detects people or vehicles for labeling of the video. And you can't adjust the light any way you want, you can only adjust the brightness and not the color temperature.
I’ll try and do a short of the night vision and pet detection. It does detect pets or animals quickly and labels them all separately. You can also pick what you want it to detect and send to your phone, including packages from the mailman.

@@americandream_89 I was talking about the labeling of the recorded video. According to Wzye it labels people and vehicles only right now. But I'm sure it can be set to catch any movement.
