I have watched days worth of video and spend almost $100 in products to remove this. My 11th try was this video. Thank you SO SO MUCH! This is the only thing you need.

Dawn soap and water works well. Also erasers.

Excellent video, thanks for sharing. It is a task I have pending for a friend of mine’s truck. I have used this method on the inside plastics where people tend to leave black rubber marks when they enter the car by dragging their feet on this bottom plastic and it works amazing. The one thing I would do is put masking tape on the car’s paint if one is concerned about it since magic erasers are abrasive. Thank you!

Thank you, stupid body shop waxed all my Jeeps plastic after it was repaired and It looks horrible now. This is so much easier than loading up with dawn soap and trying

Going to try this as well. I’ve done the soapy water but used a toothbrush and surprisingly works really well. It needs the bristles to knock out everything in the trim texture. Just using a cloth won’t get deep enough. Thanks for the video. I am always shocked at how useful magic erasers are with everything. 😄

Just be careful of the Magic Eraser on your paint, it is VERY abrasive. Best to mask the edges of your paint before doing it!

Also, what works is just a regular eraser for a dollar.
