That’s some serious beadlock when the screws go through the rubber bead of the tire as well. Good job JConcepts, you know those are gonna stay in place.

I'm surprised those tires aren't ballooning more than they are...but, considering how thick the lugs are, maybe I shouldn't be surprised. Even so, a belted version of these would be a good thing. Not only would they balloon less, but 'replacing' some of that rubber with a kevlar belt would help lower the weight. Speaking of weight, as you mentioned, they are heavy...EXTREMELY heavy. Even on my X-MAXX w/ 1100kv Castle motor, I'd be hard-pressed to run those. I do, however, LUV that back design...talk about "guaranteeing" those tires won't rotate within the wheels.
Next test for those tires: Put them on your X-MAXX, and see what you can do...and, how high you can go, & how many 'flips' you can do. 🤙🏼

Brilliant front flip and really nice tyres.
Love the aggressive tread on those tires but they are as heavy as the ProLine Trenchers I got which have eaten plenty of diff gears from heavy bashing. Need that same tread in a lighter tire with the bead lock setup. I love your new ramps out there, perfect front flip, I would've left it at that as well. Thanks Joe awesome video!!!
my experience exactly. Stock and 1721 motor, same results. I like ca 600gr tires belted and stiff

Is there a version of these tires that would be a good fit for the e revo 2.0? I love the beadlock like design and they don’t balloon much… hopefully the holes in the rubber that the screws goes through don’t rip though!
18/50 would probably be better for stock power with tires like that.

Can I ask what u did to make your xlx2 1100kv combo not over amp in the kraton 8s please ??? I have the combo and had it burn up last year and just now ready to use the replacement. Please help !!!!
Way too heavy I even swapped the screws out on the MX43s to alloy.
Turn that into a whole other animal !

It will with the speed gearing. Me and my buddy backflip our xrts all the time with everything stock and just the speed gearing installed.

XRT backflip impressive? Looked too easy, didn't seem impressive at all. The raminator doing a backflip is impressive.
