I live about 2 hrs north of santee just above myrtle beach. Spend alot of time at santee fishing and if I have learned anything it's that santee is feast or famine. You either find the fish and catch the. Decent or your fishing in a dead zone. That's my experience. We have a camper straight across from the landing the elites use. Santee is a awesome lake but for me it fishes small. Awesome vid Scott. I enjoy the 20/20 style after an event

Always great watching and learning from you and your dad. I remember 1 tournament you asked your dad for a spot cause you were doing something with your kids and he basically said no. It was a no practice tournament and you still done great.

I have been giving MTB to my two oldest Grandsons for their birthdays the last couple of years. They love the excitement for the next 6 months and call me with a rundown of new baits. Scott Martin! My Name is Austin Chastain and I wanted to say, Great job fishing in the Bassmaster classic on Hartwell and in the Elite at Santee Cooper! I live in SC, 15 minutes from lake hartwell and I have fished hartwell several times over the years. There are many varieties of big fish. However many of the locals will tell you that it is indeed a tough lake to fish. For you to have done as great as you did for your first time fishing it, really shows your skills. I recently started watching the bass masters and your videos are way better than anything they post on television. It feels as if I'm truly on the boat with you! I watched some of your videos and I am pumped for this summer trying out baits I've never used such as hard plastics. The Carolina rig with a soft plastic U-tail motor oil worm was my only go-to. Good Friday on 4/14/22 was my first time catching a bass on a jerkbait and a crankbait. Caught 6 altogether along with my fishing partner. We didn't win but between the both of us we had 6ibs and some change. The tournament we had was on lake hartwell as well! I recently purchased a MTB a week ago and was stoked to open it! I would really enjoy another box with some signed lures to add to my new tackle box! Also, I am looking forward to meeting you in person and learning some new tips! Your video catching the 10 ibs bass using the MTB lures was very inspirational for an outdoorsman like myself. I don't own a boat, but until I can get one, I am stocking up my tackle and will be practicing on the banks of keowee and hartwell. Thank you for the great content and keep doing you!

Awesome videos love watching them learn a lot from them. I had mtb for about 5 years had to stop for a Little while causes I have more tackle than I know what to do with. But it is a awesome way to get great tackle and learn when to use them.

Just realized that arthritis in both thumbs will remove my bait casters from my boat, switching to spinning rods. Got two for my recent birthday, some mystery tackle box would make the transition great and that much more easy. It is going to be difficult, but i cant Stand the thought of not getting to fish.
