Hey Keaton. Do we have to put a disclaimer to obtain consent when the prospect fills out the form to text them? I notice you do a workflow trigger to text their number with a follow up msg. Is there a special verification process you gotta do for that, or does GHL handle that?

Awesome video with great info. Only thing I would make a note of, not sure about everyone else, but volume was a bit low for me. Was hard to hear and I had computer volume and YT volume maxed out. Other than that, awesome!.

1. What if we don't have a website and most of our leads come from Facebook lead generation forms and FB/IG chats?
2. What if we need to use Telegram and WhatsApp as our main communication channel?
Any idea how I can handle the cookies? I experienced google analytics and other tracking cookies were added to my WordPress website after adding the webchat; it’s not legal in my county to track without acceptance from visitors 😮

Great tutorial. Few questions
1) What if you build up a business of 40-50 clients and ghl shuts down or closes?
2) if there’s issues with the system who does the customer get support from?
3) what if customer googles or YT and sees that the system they are using is actually ghl? And you just white labeled it.
4) do you recommend getting errors and omissions or something along those lines in case someone sues you? What if you did rep management and their rating goes down? Is there a contract that they should sign stating you are not guaranteeing anything???

1) It can always happen, that's fact. But ALL users pay GHL monthly. Why would they want this to stop? Lawsuits, inner turmoil, hackers, whatever, can make it falter. But they have a certain financial incentive to keep it working.
2) Good question. I'd like to know to.
3) Don't sweat the small stuff. Most businesses are NOT techy and don't care. If you offer customer service and ways to use it (and other services) it's a total moot point
4) I prefer to go month to month and not have contract for most situations, but you need a lawyer for this one, not internet bros ;)

What would you recommend to get the client setup? For example, if my client is a lawyer who has his own firm I don’t think he’d be interested anymore if he had to set all this up himself. isnt snapshots supposed to fix that problem? I mean, what i understanded whas that you could create templates for each nische. So it could be great if you could concentrate in just creating a software for lawyers and then selling this software to them (in this particular scenario of lawyers) .

do you thing ghl is neccessary for a smma starting out that isn't selling saas or not using automations?? seems like those two features as well as organization are what I'm really paying for here, and starting out I don't want it to be an unnecessary expense that I would have trouble figuring out for the first few months.
Not 100% necessary no, but very helpful to see if your clients are following up with the leads correctly
Is it possible to change the software language to, for example, Dutch?
They have some translations but they are not great (yet)
Very useful video, I have just taken on a client that has already had their website funnel etc made through this software, I'm trying to find out how to contact their support to help my client but I can't find out how to contact them. It appears that you need to have an account with them for tech support, and most likely my client is paying the agency to maintain his account?

You can run FB ads on your account on there behalf. And you should make a GHL sub account for your client and then add them as staff. Then you can connect the FB ads you're running to your clients subaccount

why would you not setup the clients actual domain as a sending domain? You put a subdomain of their's for emailing so I'm curious why not just the root.
There are different options. Like the one you mentioned. That one is great but it takes the longest to setup with a client. I made a vid on that recently explaining the different email sending options in GHL
