I could really use your advice, I keep running my 5k races very poorly and I’m not improving in them, but in practice I am improving quite a lot, I guess when it comes to race day I have doubt and I’m scared to push myself.

Excellent run! Winchester is one of my local parkruns. In fact, after purchasing a pair of supershoes I broke my PB there (now bettered) about 2 months ago: czcams.com/video/HW8vqUQW19w/video.html Have you tried Southampton? It's the second biggest parkrun in the country and probably slightly quicker than Winchester. I'm doing Southampton for the first time this coming Saturday and am going for sub 21 mins, which will be a PB for me. Love your videos! Good luck in Berlin.
