- The Wolfpack defeated the Clemson Tigers, 24-17 to improve to 5-3 on the season. Wolfpack quarterback MJ Morris threw 2 touchdown passes in the win and Kevin Concepcion rushed for 51 yards and had 83 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. The Wolfpack defense picked off two Clemson passes including Payton Wilson’s pick-six touchdown in the 3rd quarter. Clemson running back Phil Mafah rushed for 84 yards on 16 carries and had 2 touchdowns in the loss.

Clemson RB WILL SHIPLEY on the UNCALLED TARGETING in this game (10-28-23 NC State) and another one in the 11-11-23 GA Tech game. UNCONSCIONABLE why the ACC Ref guys up in the booth did nothing about these (either one) - they see the same TV replays that we do.

This one isn’t targeting. Defender doesn’t initiate with helmet and more importantly, Shipley twisted his body w/out contact exposing the backside of his helmet. I’ve watched ball for 20 years and I can’t recall a time I’ve ever seen that occur.
