How to create 3 months rank for accuracy? Or create a ranking containing several metrics?
But what if I want to rank only specific workers and not all of them? In Excel you can select specific cells and separate them with ; but imported into google sheets it causes an error. How can I solve that problem?

Usually I have a different metric that would act as a tie breaker.
Use =Rank.Eq(value,locked range,order)

How to get name of rank holder. For example, Wing had best accuracy so when I rank him 1, in next column I want to have name of the rank holders. How to do that?

I get "Error RANK has no valid input data" I have exactly the same column with percentage but then for activity. 2 years later maybe google did something in the meantime.
