Chinese Braised Pork Leg Recipe 卤豬脚 (English sub)

Ingredients:
Rock sugar 18 pieces
Garlic 8 cloves
Ginger 2 inch size(sliced)
Ginger 2 inch size(mashed)
Bay leaf 2
Star anise 2
Dried chili 1
Cinnamon 1
2kg pork trotter
Water 1 Litre
Seasoning:
Oyster Sauce 2 Tablespoon
Cooking Wine 1 Tablespoon
Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 Tablespoon
Cooking time:1hour30minutes
