- Well, I tried to record the Decot in Jefferson but that was a dud, and it has a new FS Eclipse right across the street (video clip at end), so I'm guessing the Decot is dead. Caught the FS 508 at the Rib Mountain Public Safety Building and I was super excited to hear the P-50, glad it still works! It can be heard around 0:15, 0:27, 0:52 and 0:56 (prominently), and 1:04.
Welcome Back!!!!!!!!!!! I will be filming the P-50 next Monday. As of right now the P-50 has rotated and I have been in contact with Rib Mountain the lady said "Replacement will not be for a while with the good range it has".

@@sirenfreak57 I am confusion, I did say that but I got emails just recently. Rib Mountain when I asked about replacement times etc.

Decot isn't dead it has a cracked stator now....which is impossible to fix so...they deactivated it
They test on the first Wednesday at noon and can you try to get the red arrow in the main shot just like in the background or something

Yes, I was up there for a test forget about my Camera half way there lol. But under she is alive again.
If u looked at my photo on Instagram it shows it rotated at leas a full turn.

I know. I mean did it shake the ground. BTW 508s are 6.5hp 8port, rated for 128dB@100’
@@eastcoastalerting When I went to a 508 it shook the ground for me at least, from that far a way you would feel it in your stomach but not really on the ground. Hopefully he responds to your question.
