- Here's how the Catalan fishermen made rice with lobster. Arròs de Llagosta. This has become a Spanish Mediterranean classic and follows the same principles of all Catalan rice dishes.

I'm just mad this channel does not have that many subs and views. Your voice is like that of a TV narrator, and your filming as well. The concept of traveling and cooking local foods from distinct countries is also amazing.

Have you created anything about where to eat and visit in the Spanish regions?
Wow, this seems similar to the dish made with Squid? Could you adapt it and use good quality fresh prawns? Marvellous as usual.
so similar! Once you can do one rice, you can do them all. Prawns would be brilliant. Only rules: Fry the main ingredients first, then use a flavourful stock to cook the rice in.
