2024 and I've only found your channel this year. Fantastic, thank you
Once again, fond memories of my travels. I had tiny little pastries stuffed with minced mussels, whilst choosing from the menu, at one of the restaurants along the seafront. Superb videos Peter. 👊
Lovely vid.... just that sauce on rice would do me.
Such a beautiful video. I am watching from Massachusetts, USA and the weather is getting cooler here. That shot of you cooking on the shore is just beautiful!
Thank you Sir. This is in my list of new to trys. Almost made it to Sete this summer but not quite.
Peter, this was a beautiful video! And what a view from the kitchen! I had just poured myself a glass of wine when I saw the CZcams notification…perfect timing. The mussels look fabulous as does your setting! ❤️🇫🇷🥂
Hey Kimberly. Sorry I missed you yesterday. A belated "cheers"! Yes, I was actually surprised how good the moules were.
. The video is stunning. the location shots are gorgeous and the mussels look yummy. Well done! 🌹
Great video Pete! I will definitely try this dish. Also, neat trick with grating the tomato pulp- what a way to expedite.
This is definitely ' A Must Try ' dish. Thankyou.
great episode!
Bonne recette. I shall try that. Merci.
Amazing shots as usual, so the mussel stays in the shell and you add the meat on top? In your last shot i just saw you eat the mussel. Do you not eat meat and fish together? Would be great if you could also tell us how it tasted.
Yes, stuffing goes on top of the mussel and are eaten together. Will try to add tasting section in future videos. Thanks for feedback!
Beautiful looking dish
you nailed it mate!
👍👍👍
How do you know if any are dead if opened before cooking?
