- The FNCS Grand Royale just finished this weekend with the winners being Tayson, Hen & Chapix in the EU Region, Bugha, Mero & Dukez being the winners of NAE, and Epikwhale, Arkhram & Rehx winning NAW.
Explanation of the format was odd, but the load session and reload session wasn't great, but the FINALS was a BLAST, and the community cup was fun!

I would assume he did it based off the average placements of the players in the lobby
probably something to do with how hard it was to get to finals, points, average placements and elims needed to reach finals etc.
Could be PR, how many past trio fncs’s they have made, Or something else.
The funny thing is that the reboot round format is actually highlighting one of the core factors of battle royale. You can pop off and get 20 kills, but if you don't win a loss is a loss. Obviously I'm not insulting any of the pros that play safe and gain placement, but I think it's cool to see how the teams with a fifth place average and zero wins manage

Kami Setty, teeq, jahq, acorn, slackes, kiryache, toose, stormyrite, floki Clement, decyptos, Cented and commandment, th0mashd and anas, justice and userz, pamstou, carey and fatch, knight and shark, megga and dubs, Noahreyli and vadeal, flowis and hellfire, umplify and matsoe, Michael and verox, epikwhale and Arkhram, favs and snacky, Andilex and xsweeze have all proven why sticking together especially the trios is also a very good decision
Hey reishub ik Urr all about how arena is terrible, I wanna tell u my idea for a good arena format for next chapter.
In open league let's keep a similar format that we have because open league is good wkey practice and really shouldn't be stacked; It's meant to be easy. But as we go up each div into contender and champs, decrease the elim points and increase the placement points, this'll encourage more passive games and would make the general quality of games better. Obviously they'll prob be the occasional keyer but I feel like midway through the season this format would accurately represent the skill of the players and quality of the lobbies, essentially epic need to make it so the games are more stacked and are actually good useful practice for tournies. Scrims are good but are a lot less accessible so having this would just be easier and better for the fortnite comp community. Also add more console tournies pls :D

This idea has been discussed heavily, and in a way already implemented. The problem lies in the fact that there is no actual "reward" for your specific rank. First, there needs to be a well respected competitive ranking system that people want to grind for. With the current system, even if arena points were worth 1 point and total placement points at 100, the game quality (in any division) would be the same, cause nobody cares.
In aura scrims people keyed even tho elims were worth 0 good theory on paper but unless theres an incentive to achieve or unlock arena will never be stacked

Solo is better, trio's isn't competitive anymore, any time it starts to look competitive teams just break up or poach and it just resets to the same faces.
Solo is worst. Solo has the worst impact mentally so duos was the best choice

if you had a brain you would know that they usually land there, so they didnt "grief" saevid, griefing is when you purposefully target a team while ruining your chances of winning, top 6 vs top 23 which is what saevid placed is nowhere near a griefing event.
