Last 4 were really well made tbh. Defintely get the money's worth.
But yeah the other 5 grand one had more of an actual base feel to it. The 15 k one had alot going on but overall felt like an art project than a base. Still the level of detail they added was pretty insane.
5,000 is the best one by far because it’s like every medival city/town it has a small fishing area out side of the city

The thing is, you can actually use the 5000$ one for the purpose it was built, as a base, and even if the 16000$ it’s on another level, is too dispersive, there’s no “base”, no central point that you can call “your house”, so it doesn’t fully follow the request

Out of the two contenders for winning, I’m glad that one won. It was just way more cohesive and realistic, and just had a nice location vibe rather than a bunch of big characters. Not to say the other one was bad, it was good, but idk, that’s a bit too pricey for that imo.

The 16k, beside the fact that is has some Averngers guys, it s still a basic "modern city" design, I ve seen these for years

They've shown very little of the 16k build, it could be far larger than the 5k one. Also, medieval houses are easy to make and can be cloned while large building and especially statues have to be individually created.
But the 16k build is way larger and more time consuming
