Hot take: Future dlc shows that Scorpion and Smoke train up Hanzo, Hanzo fights and gets killed by someone, gets resurrected and then becomes Noob Saibot.
Maybe he develops same abilities as noob and doesn’t have to be dead because we know rain learned his magic by training so who knows maybe he doesn’t need to die

I have my own theory , in the MK1 game we all know that Bi-Han was being a traitor , after that Kuai Liang and Smoke left Lin Kuei and start a new clan called shirai ryu , then smoke found a child name hanzo hasashi , they train him to become the next scorpion , then if hanzo become Scorpion kuai liang will be what ? the answer is kuai liang will be sub zero , why ? because in the ending of MK1 kuai liang clan shirai ryu has started war against bi han clan the lin kuei , and my theory is bi han was killed by kuai liang then kuai liang become the grandmaster and take over the lin kuei , after bi han death quan chi resurrecting bi han and he become noob saibot

Since in smoke’s ending it’s confirmed that Hanzo Hasashi is a boy recruit in the Shirai Ryu, what if Sub-Zero kills Scorpion and Harumi, and Hanzo takes the mantle as Scorpion while Kuai Liang comes back as Noob Saibot this time??? They’re already changing a lot of roles around

I’m so confused about the timeline on why scorpion and subzero are brothers to some people that sounds cool but it’s confusing because we all know how noob saint was in previous games and is not in here

There’s also another piece of dialogue between Johnny and Sub-Zero where Johnny mentions Bi-Han “going rogue” This might suggest something from the story where Bi-Han betrays Liu Kang and the others. Also, in an intro between Liu Kang and Sub-Zero, Liu Kang says that he won’t allow Sub-Zero to get into the temple of the elements, in which Bi-Han says he will find the secrets Liu Kang has hidden inside the temple. This could also hint towards Bi-Han’s betrayal, and he might even be killed. Possibly by Kuai Liang, who is now Scorpion, or even Smoke, who I personally think is Hanzo Hasashi in MK1.

Noob is Neither Bi Han since He is Sub-Zero and Kaui Liang is Scropion so Bi Han can't really die or else they won't be anyone to take his mantle.
Hanzo is the young initiative of Shira-rayu so he isn't gonna be Noob either since I suspect he is gonna be future scropion.
Their is a possibility that Kaui Liang may die so some reason in later MK3 or something and Hanzo become the Scorpion and Quan Chi restorers Kaui Liang as Noob Saibot.
Plot twist - Noob Saibot will be the exact same except now he’s a blot spot in time so he’s not suppose to be in this timeline but he is somehow and even more powerful and deadlier.
Perhaps in this timeline Noob Saibot is... just Noob Saibot. Some new guy who really goes by that name. A living member of the Lin Kuei who wields those same powers and has that as his real name.
With all of the things that changed in this timeline, would that be too crazy?

I think in MK 2 he might make a deal with Quan Chi for more power and end up with his Wraith powers but all it does is corrupt his soul further and make him Quan Chi’s puppet. They can either kill him off or have it so that Smoke dies, forcing Bi Han to come to grips with who he is and who he wants to be, putting him on the path of redemption

Idea, Bi Han still dies and becomes Noob, but Smoke's ending becomes canon as Hanzo takes the role of Sub Zero as a cool reversal from prior timelines
Bi Han is not dying in this TL. That would mean no Sub in any future games.
Whats way more likely is that Kuai trains Hanzo, Bi Han kills Kuai in front of him, Hanzo picks up his rightful mantle as Scorpion, and Kuai becomes Noob Saibot.

Im pretty sure, I may be wrong but one of the character endings when playing towers I think its either Scorpion or Subzero, but they mention Hanzo Hasashi and he wasnt in the story mode, Smoke is some dude named Tomas so even though we thought that Smoke was Hanzo, but since he isnt, Im willing to bet that when chapter two of the story is released, either Subzero will get tricked by Shang Tsung, or killed by Kuai Liang to become Noob, or Hanzo will be added to the story as Noob Saibot. My theory I guess.

I think making Noob Saibot their father is interesting, but where does that take the story? Does he approve of the cyber initiative and align with the Lin Kuei? Does he disapprove of Bi Han just as much as Kuai Liang for abandoning his heritage? Could this lead up to the two clans joining up and learning from the mistakes they've made and the treachory of their father? Interesting.
Maybe the only being strong enough to fend off the titans is Quan Chi and Noob's plan? (Onaga?) Maybe it'll be Armageddon AGAIN, but this time Onaga is defeated by the least likely enemy, Stryker (My god, just give that guy a fuckin STORY ARC. SOMETHING.)
Flesh out the clans. Reptile, Baraka, Mileena, and others fleeing Outworld join up and become Shirai Ryu? Tremor, Frost, Rain and others for Lin Kuei? Have those two clans, with their allies, the White Lotus and the Special Forces team up to battle Onaga, the Lin Kuei, Noob Saibot, and the Black Dragon. Hell, end the game by Liu Kang and co. overthrowing the Elder Gods for being useless and new Elder Gods stepping in? For the future of the franchise focus on Hanzo Hazashi, Cassie Cage, Jacqui Briggs, Takeda Takahashi, Kung Jin, and more next gen characters. Mileena and Baraka could have a kid. Bi Han and Frost could have a kid. Kitana and Liu Kang could have a demi-god baby. Lean into the next gen, but keep some of the OG characters as the new Elder Gods protecting the realms and balancing the power. President Jax? Baraka as a ninja? Kabal reforming and starting the Red Dragon to war with the Black Dragon?
We've seen Liu Kang, Johnny, Sonya, Scorpion and Sub Zero all get fleshed out backstories. But I want more interesting stories for Reptile, Stryker, Baraka, Quan Chi, etc. The 3D era was pretty bland story wise, so there's tons of characters with paperthin stories to build from.
This would be really cool. There hasn't been a new character in a long time, and some of the characters like Reptile just deserve more than what they have. Imo Bi-Han has just been a villain for too long, but he's a hella cool one.

I don't look at mortal kombat related stuff besides the full mk1 trailers. But I think one way they could have Noob in the game is have Quan Chi fuel Bi-Han's idea to rule Earthrealm. Which leads to Kuai Liang having to kill Bi-Han. It probably sounds like a dumb fan idea. But it's just what popped into my head.
I'll tell you how they can get Noob Saibot into this game, and it's very simple spoilers for mk1's ending.
In mk1's ending we see that the Kombat Kid's are still alive, and the takeda design they use in the kombat pack 1 trailer, is the Takeda from Shang tsung's timeline, aka Takeda Takahashi, kenshi's son. So they can simply get away with saying "oh this Noob Saibot is from Shang Tsung's timeline and the sub-zero we saw in story mode was Kuai Liang."
This took like 2 braincells to process; back when they said something about NOOB being the OG Sub Zero, and OG Sub and Scorpion had a lot of screen time.
Theory: Bi Han actually ends up winning and kills Kuai Liang and Harumi. Hanzo then takes up the mantle as the new scorpion and Kuai Liang comes back as Noob Saibot. Idk just a thought.
It made sense for Noob Saibot and Sub-Zero to exist in other games, since Sub-Zero was Kuai Liang, and Noob was Bi-Han. I think it would be really dumb if Bi-Han died again, we would get 2 Bi-Hans in the same room, pre-event, and post-event. Ans it would be even dumber if it was a different and already existing character, like Smoke or Scorpion, its just fucking dumb.
But if it was Hanzo, it would already have to be settled in-game, rather than after its release.
We got Noob Pirate
Noob sibot while he would be awesome as playable character thats the best we can hope for but i also see him doing well as a kameo fighter. With smoke would be a good combination but only problem id see is he might share similarly movies as sirena who already works well with smoke. Also they can still bi-han and make him noob sibot and instead of adding noob as stand alone character but instead give you a option when choosing sub zero to use noob instead.
Noob is gonna come from a different timeline and that way we will be able to have him with Sub-zero still being alive in the original timeline where Liu kang is the god.
What if Bi-Han lets ambition get the better of him and he gets killed. Kuai Liang takes up the mantle of Sub Zero to honour his brother and takes on a protege called Hanso Hasashi who becomes Scorpion to honour his master, taking over leadership of the Shirai Ryu, a cadet branch within the Lin Kuei. Meanwhile Bi-Han is resurrected by Quan Chi or another sorcerer and transformed into Noob Saibot
