  • What's up guys, just a removal video of the OEM exhaust system, let me know if you guys would like to see more removal vids like this. I should have the Akebono's back from powder-coating soon, and should have them installed soon as well, and the radiator should be installed soon too. If you have any questions just drop a comment, I'd be happy to help if I can. If you're new to the channel, consider subscribing, and make sure to hit that like button. I'll probably be finishing up the Akebono big brake kit soon.

    Good tip on removing the bolts to the hangers instead of the hooks from the hangers. Made my life a lot easier.

    How did you know if the cats were bad?

    • @fullthrottleperformance
      @fullthrottleperformance  Před 2 lety +1

      Excessive amount of movement of the honeycomb inside, basically if the insides of the cats move, exhaust gasses can pass the honeycomb and cause p0420 or p0430 codes.

    You should show how to remove the fuel pump and the float that shows how much fuel is in the car. My car needs a new fuel pump assembly and my gas gauge never reads right

    Is it bad to run the car without that “W” brace under the midpipe? Just so it’s easier to remove/install the exhaust

    • @fullthrottleperformance
      @fullthrottleperformance  Před 5 lety +1

      Nah, your good. Your probably not even gonna notice a difference when installed/not. I've had so many z's come in without it that I was happy when this one came in with a nice one, so I can replace my rusty ass one lol

    A pillar gauge cluster.
    Can't figure out how to get it apart. Both sides of the interior plastic please !

    • @fullthrottleperformance
      @fullthrottleperformance  Před 5 lety +1

      I don't quite understand what parts your talking about. You want the A-Pillar trims? But yours have gauges? And what side plastics?

    • @specialformula14
      @specialformula14 Před 5 lety +1

      Full Throttle the inside plastic a-pilar. Both sides. I want to figure out how to take them off to install speaker tweeters

  • @TheDemonicDeity

    I fucked up and removed the y pipe from the cat leaving it bolted with the mid pipe and I don’t wanna drop the support bracket just to get them off

    • @fullthrottleperformance
      @fullthrottleperformance  Před rokem

      You shouldn't have to, it should just be two 14mm nuts. So a regular 14mm wrench should work fine, or you can use a long extension
