i don’t think i heard you mention it but prematurely shifting into 7th or 8th before using nitrous is key for maximizing nos. useful especially if you don’t have nitro chemist

Nice summit guide, took some time as i had to reroll for iron grip
It's all about pure racing, consistent and strategy in terms of iron grip and setting the fastest time in all 6 events at Hanauma Race Track as well as 3 feats to get the highest score.
First summit I don’t need to buy a car for 🤣 I do feel this summit would’ve been better with loaned vehicles it would level the playing field massively

I finally managed to get PLATINUM in the summit. It was so hard...
I was ranked 8604 while I was in 9 races/skills on places: 4099, 3543, 3181, 3650, 2632, 3316, 2016, 302, 1909 (results with crossplay enabled, so from every platform) - AVG is 2738.67, so why it's 8604?!?
All the people who cry about shortcuts better get platinum this week 😂

there is always thing to blame, wheel mode, slipstream, they have life and no time to grind parts, racing lines and braking, use of nitrous, cant focus for longer than 2 minutes(more than 1 lap is too long of a race for them), i've been accused of cheating in crew 1 for being in top 100 ( coud have gotten top 10 easily but i refused to use wallglide, in crew1 with a heavy car it was a thing), i miss crew 1 rankings and ghostmode for races

Easiest summit yet.
100k is very achievable for anyone with just maxed green parts. Be mindful of speed going into corners gas off before you turn. Also try drive straight as possible through chicanes.

I never knew that about the top half of the nitro, gonna take your advice and put iron grip on everything because I was making pit stops on the 5 lap races, how do I get yellow parts on the drag car because that's something I've never used, brilliant video as always.
You have to grind the drag events literally hundred of times on end to get them. Also opening all loot boxes in your drag car
I like to think of the NOS like the blue half is a 100 shot nos and the red is a 50 shot nos (I don’t think the blue is twice as good but it’s definitely more powerful)as for drag parts your screwed like me 😅 I’m not even maxed on green parts. easiest way is probably the treasure glitch if that still works otherwise it’s just speed trap feats over and over which I can never be bothered to grind out hopefully they will add a drag event soon

@@keeganhammond1545fr, farming drag parts specifically is extremely boring, not only do we only have 1 drag event, the drag events in this game completely hold your hand so it’s not even a skill thing
@@dokutah7374 Yeah it is very boring as there is no steering involved and the majority of the drag events are loading time or warming up tires. There are two drag events though - one in American playlist and another in Japanese.

One thing you could do is just the height of the input curve that's what I did with my settings I have it set on 95% on break and 95% on throttle
They need to fix the steering for controller or atleast give us the option to go normal or simulated wheel

How do you get legendary parts? I’m a noob
You have to grind the same race over and over. Trigger has a video on how to grind parts after the Hoonigan update. I don't grind for parts and I can easily get gold every week. If you want platinum you are probably gonna have to grind so good luck. It's tedious.
