Awesome savings! I’ve always saved/counted my coins every end of December. But…..this year, I used my $117 to start my 2024 envelopes since this is my first year using envelopes.

Hello, Monet! I hope you are well. I'm enjoying binging your videos as I get started on my journey. I am an American living in Taiwan. Taiwanese currency is more coin-based. The smallest paper bill is NT$100 (about $ 3.17 USD), which will buy as much as $5USD in America. For the jar saving challenge, would you happen to have any ideas for how to adjust to a savings challenge in Taiwan? Would I only save coins? Would I save the NTD$100 bills too? For reference, we have NTD$1 which looks like a penny and is about $0.03USD, NTD$5 which looks like a nickel and is about $0.16USD, NTD$10 which looks like a quarter and is about $0.31USD, NTD$50 which looks like a gold dollar and is about $1.58USD for coins. Bills are NTD$100, NTD$200 (very very rare), NTD$500, NTD$1000, and NTD$2000 (again, very very rare). Thank you for all your amazing content! I'm excited to reach some financial goals this year.
