Hi Monet Happy New Year!!! I’m so happy to see you are done with the student loan debt I began following when you were actively attacking them.
Personally I’ve fell off on the monthly cash budget system as of July 2023 (hoping this year I can follow through. ) I fell off only because I found that my branches have closed completely near my home.
I’m hoping I don’t have to shop around for a new bank we all know how annoying that can be 😊😊.

For your ROTH IRA I would suggest Index funds, and if you have a choice of company I would strongly suggest Vanguard. Their fees are very small which means more money for you.

I'm really enjoying your videos. I have a couple questions. 1) Do you pay for a cellphone? And 2) How are you paying annually for Netflix, Hulu, etc? After watching several videos where you mentioned this, I went to those websites to find how to do that and could not figure it out. I too would prefer to pay yearly for those subscriptions. But I can't figure out how to. Can you give any tips?
Hi, glad you are enjoying the videos! To answer your questions, I do not pay for a cellphone, I’m still on my family plan and my parent takes care of that. And for Hulu if you change your bill plan payment there is an option for annual payment as for Netflix they don’t have that option, but I enjoy the hack of paying a Netflix gift card for the price of the year and each month why will charge the gift card so you won’t have to worry about the payment until next year. Hope that helps!

How do you decide how much to put on each section? Thanks a lot in advance!
It came with practice of the years. But when I started I looked at my spending from bank statements and saw on average for the month what I spent on gas, groceries, etc. Then if it was reasonable spending I would keep it the same but if I saw I was over spending I would adjust to fit my budget.
