Real self versus Ideal self? Unconditional positive regard? Ilan lang yan sa mga concepts ni Rogers na sobrang sikat lalo na sa mga counseling and psychotherapy sessions. Marahil, si Rogers na ang pinakahumanisitic sa lahat ng humanistic theorist dahil sobrang positive ng view niya about humanity and nagdevelop siya ng humanistic way of doing psychotherapy na sobrang iba sa mga naunang klase ng psychotherapy.

Wow!! Kaya pala nung 2019 grabe anxiety ko, nawalan ako ng gana sa sarili ko hanggang sa nawalan na ako ng interest sa lahat ng bagay. Ang taas ng expectation sa sakin nun e, alam ko sa sarili ko na marami pa akong dapat matutunan. Tumatak sa isip ko na dapat ganito ka kasi sabi ng mundo dapat ganyan ka. Sir JP ask ko lang po... Sa tingin ninyo po. Maituturing po ba Person-Centered Theory or psychotherapy po ang madalas na ginagawa ng mga priest po. If familiar po kayu sa mga ginagawa po ng mga Priest during confession and outside confession po.
