Guy in the flower shirt is always on his knees for aew and Tony khan
Hardy Boyz returning at WrestleMania for me. I felt like a kid again and made that WrestleMania instantly a classic for me for me.
Shawn Michaels coming back. When he said "i'll make a full recovery in time for say....summerslam?" I've never cheered louder
Royal Rumble 2020. Entry number 21.
“Who’s it gonna be?”

YOU THINK YOU KNOW ME
I went to my overnight job, ran up to my wrestling friends and wept.
Imagine if they'd saved it for Mania 36 (if Orton had a "mystery opponent" or something); they would've lost the live crowd for THAT moment...
NINE LONG YEARS
Before this even starts I’m just going to say Sidge has no soul.
Cry harder XD
Knew he would pick something from AEW, he’s a shill
The biggest moment in wrestling that had me the most hyped. Was Kofi Kingston winning the wwe title at WrestleMania 35. And I was in house for it!
5 key moments for me
5: Triple H returns to Raw
4: CM Punk returns at Survivor Series
3: Jeff Hardy winning the WWE Championship
2: the entirety of Mania 40 Night 2's Main Event
1: Bray Wyatt Returns at Extreme Rules
I understand what Psy said about the Invasion; when Booker first showed up at KOTR 2001 and attacked Austin and then Vince himself in MSG the next night, Awesome destroying Rhyno with a powerbomb ON A LADDER BACKSTAGE to steal the HC title, Lance Storm showing up in Calgary (*dramatic pause*), Alberta, Canada, to a HUGE pop, the reaction to RVD and Tommy showing up followed by the ECW reveal (before the "merger", which ruined everything later the same night); that was all great. The only problems THEN were the DDP/Taker/Sara angle was already underway, and Hugh Morrus screwed up his Moonsault on Edge and injured him when HE debuted; it was the Buff/Booker match in July that tipped the scales down for the whole thing, and they never balanced again...
Jeff Hardy vs Undertaker Ladder Match on WWE Raw. “Climb the ladder kid! Make yourself famous!”
I have 2 Shawn Michaels' "I'm sorry. I love you" to Ric Flair at WrestleMania 24 and Sting's Video package plus Seek and Destroy entrance AEW Revolution 2024. Both are proper send offs for the two wrestlers that I grew up on.
My big one? When Bret Hart turned heel... but only in America.
As a Canadian who genuinely knows Bret Hart is the greatest WWF wrestler of all time, Bret Hart going heel AGAINST the United States and WWF being willing to actually try that? A Canadian hero! I know lots of people thought Bret was "boring" or whatever, but as a Canadian he was amazing and having him champion Canada against the US just fucking blew my top!
Ah Yes. Sidgwick being wrong again. I live for it.
Punk returning or Cena getting drafted to RAW during his first title run.
How is he wrong about what “set his soul on fire”? It’s literally only his thing that made him feel that way? You’re an idiot.
Watching the Punk return with you guys was the best moment of my 2023 viewing.
Looking at the comments, I can see why they would pick those moments. But I am sad that no one is talking about Eddie Guerrero winning against Brock Lesnar at No Way Out. That made me love Latino Heat!
This is one of my favourite types of video. Not only do we get to relive some really cool wrestling moments, but I just love to watch wrestling fans loving wrestling. Great video!

100%. I'm in the same boat as you. I got chills and swelled up a bit.. and I had to go back and watch it again just thinking about it.
It's an unreal moment I never thought I thought I'd be able to see.. and then I got to see him Live this year against Brody Lee in a no DQ..
When those kinds of moments happen, make sure you hold on to those moments.. you don't know when it'll be the last one.
5. Rob Van Dam wins the WWE Championship at One Night Stand 2006
4. John Cena returns at the 2008 Royal Rumble
3. Brock Lesnar ends the streak
2. Edge returns at the 2020 Royal Rumble
1. Cody Rhodes finished the story at Wrestlemania 40
I agree with most of these (Yes, even Psy since I was still a teen so got swept up in the concept. Looking back it hurts a bit but at the time I was invested) and I'll also add Kofi winning the championship.
I wasn’t “set on fire”. But I was emotional after seeing Cody Rhodes defeat Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.
Sedgwick is the kinda guy that says the movie Galaxy Quest deserves an Oscar
The guy supports Socialism. Can't really take him seriously 🤨
You had the CM Punk reveal and didn’t extend it back like the ten seconds beforehand when Adam said he WASN'T coming back? That made it HILARIOUS.
I remember watching the livestream with and seeing Dr. Fed and The Greatest Wrestling Journalist freak out along with myself was great!
I was at WM 40 Night 2. Taker's gong made the place explode, including yours truly. Fans were chanting for Austin before it. Many of us expected Austin. Taker's gong was a complete surprise! If you say you saw that coming, you're lying your @$$ off.
Cody winning was great, of course, and I don’t mean to downplay it. But after how Night 1 went, including the announcers' reactions, it was less surprising. The gong playing was an all-time moment! Such a great way for Taker to have potential closure in such a big match at the grandest stage! With my obvious bias that I was there.
I would have say a moment that set my soul on fire was when it was revealed that Hulk Hogan was the third member of the NWO. Before that I hated Hogan, after that I didn't love him but I no longer hated. Another was Survivor Series 2002. It was the first Elimination Chamber and so many amazing things happened. All titles changing hands just being one of them.
For me it is also CM Punk returning at Survivor Series 2023. Chicago's reaction is epic.
I don't see why Punk's WWE return is bigger than his AEW debut. The first dance was the only time I was excited for Punk.
Winter is coming with Sting's debut was also huge.
Rock and Hogam @ WM 18
And because I'm old, Elizabeth returning to WWF to save Savage at WM7.
I have 2... Rock and Hogan in the ring together on RAW before Wrestlemania 19. And CM Punks return to wrestling at the United Center. Ive seen a lot of great events in chicago over the last 40 years, but those stand out...
Another great moment is Rhea Ripley winning the Royal Rumble and defeating Charlotte Flair in an epic match at Wrestlemania.
I have two wrestling moments that set my soul on fire.
1. Bray Wyatt defeating AJ styles at elimination chamber 2017 to become WWE champion.
2. Eddie Kingston defeating Claudio Castagnoli to become ROH champion. Along with holding two other belts simultaneously (AEW Continental championship & NJPW world heavyweight championship)
Cody at WM38. I was there live, and you could feel the hype in the air within that moment.
A 13 year old me who had grown up with masked Kane and saw many teases of him removing the mask. Cut to June 2003. I had been a lapsed fan for about a year and a half. I'm flipping through channels and see Raw. A match between Kane and triple H is going on and the commentators explain that Kane must remove his mask if he loses. This keeps me watching and Kane loses and then gets beat up by evolution but gets saved by RVD (his tag partner at the time). Kane is a about to lower his arms to make his flames go off but then he stops......ponders......as RVD asks if he's gonna do it......Kane thinks some more and slowly removes his mask. At 13 years old I was completely awe struck. Never thought it could/would happen. I made sure to tune in the next week and haven't lapsed as a fan since.
Warrior getting cursed by papa shongo/ warrior in Taker casket. Snake biting Macho man
Ziggler cashing in. Edge returning. CM Punk returning. Cody winning the WWE Championship.
so THIS is just IMO but I think there are 2 reasons why Breyt Hart became so popular in the mid 90s. 1 UW and HH Had left for WCW. 2 u had the steroids trial which led the WWF to have to go with smaller guys so they dont think "oh the champ's on steroids" People forget that the Vince Mcmahon steroid trail wasnt just a "wag ur finger at this famous person for doing something illegal" but Vince was legitimately going to go to jail if he was found guilty.
For me. Daniel Bryan against all odds. Wrestlemaina 30. Defeating Triple H to be added to the championship main event making it a triple threat match with Batista and Randy Orton then winning the titles.
When 3:16 kicked Kurt Angle a bit of me died and I've never gotten back
Wasn't the mankind title win on RAW the same nite as the WCW finger point of doom
Of course it has to be ultimate warrior beating hogan to hold both belts... only time in my life I cried happy and sad tears at the same time an overdrive of emotion
Gareth Morgan reminds me of British wrestler Martin Kirby
Pretty much
Why was I not surprised Sidgwick was the only one out of the talking heads to pick AEW, since he absolutely 100% hates WWE, and anytime he has to say anything nice about WWE he literally dies a little inside.
God...Sidgewick is such a square...I hate him so much
The unnecessary bashing in the comments of Sidgwick just because he's not a WWE stan is comical. God forbid dude has a different taste than the rest of you.
Don't worry, one guy enjoying AEW isn't going to make your precious "sportz entertainment" go anywhere.
Out here using both hands on the Fed when someone dares to like the alternative. Make sure you wipe your mouths afterwards.
16:20 Does this guy seem like he doesn't like wrestling
I have to go with Edge's return. I must have watched that 100 times.
For me.. Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson both arriving in AEW! Bryan especially because like Edge he was retired. Also Danhausen being dragged out from under the Ring in AEW!
Bryan wasn't retired lol. He had just lost the WWE championship like a month before he debuted at aew. He came out of retirement in WWE 3 years before he left for aew and worked a full schedule the whole time
Opinion is the lowest form of human knowledge.
What Culture and the comments in the Comment Section are a good example of that.
Isn’t that just like…your opinion, man?
Wow these 2 know what poopie taste like is what I’ve learned. Good for you 2
Who's the long-haired guy?
Psy
2 views in 14 seconds!!?? What culture is falling off😂😂
Them being Phil cucks is hurting there views , since wrestling fans hate Phil brooks .
Hey What Culture,
Keep the Attitude Era out your mouth!
Y'all claim to hate it so much yet won't shut up about it 🤦♂️
You definitely scared them!
Yes diversity matters but simply PSY is just awful whenever they're on screen... they shouldn't be working for WhatCulture has no good reasons apart from the gender.
They’re one of the writers, they’re almost never in videos so obviously they’re less comfortable in front of the camera than the others.
Also, claiming someone just has their job because of their minority is incredibly ignorant and bigoted. Rethink that one. But you don’t work there, you have no idea what someone’s actual job is and how well they perform it. Whining that someone should lose their job and livelihood based on your ignorance is ridiculous.
I sincerely hope you take the opportunity to rethink this and grow.
Punks music hit in AEW.. AWWW f*CK no! He gets let go.. YES! His music hits in WWE "what the F*ck are they thinking hring this unprofessional douche. They'll get a lawsuit if he hit someone there".
The level of creativity and innovation in this conversation is truly inspiring. It's like witnessing the birth of new ideas.👄
