I raced with Spine Buster in Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged. It had a custom livery created by oztwiz called "DVD spinebuster". This represents a version that was only available in baggies that are believed to have been expected to be included in an AcceleRacers DVD release. Apparently, that was canceled but the cars had already beeen produced. Most people acquired them from an eBay seller

Hot Wheels Unleashed Custom Community Tracks:
Start on the main title screen.
Select Quick Modes from the top row.
New left menu, select TIME ATTACK.
Select a vehicle to race.
ON THE BOTTOM ROW, select Community Tracks.
The tracks presented are the most current.
On the top row, you have sort options.
In the BOTTOM LEFT CORNER, you have Filter options.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged Custom Community Tracks:
From the front page, select Quick Modes.
Then select Single Player.
The second option, next to the race flag, select the clock.
On the bottom of the screen, select Community Tracks.
I can search for tracks in the lower left corner, pressing the touchpad.
