Its just about time, my brother, for your muscles, tendons, and fingers to get use to it. Get stamina and precision necesary. I sometimes if i don´t practice for 2 weeks, i get a lot of blisters XD

Bro any tips for how to do jazz pizz I cannot 😭 I’m a little too classically trained I don’t get it 😭 my teacher just started telling me to do it im like dude I can’t-
I know my friend, pizzicato on upright bass its pretty hard. I learned it by myself, so I don't know if I have the right technique. But I can tell you this, Find the position that makes your right hand playing comfortable, and prepare for the blisters and calluses, that's a must
@@JandrexBass the blisters and callouses are so bad 😭 I played for my school’s musical this past year and during one of the rehearsals I had a blister form where a callous had popped, and then in the middle of a bunch of 8th note runs the blister popped 💀 I actually had to stop playing for a moment and the director looked at me weird 🤣

@@UrFriendlyNeighborhoodBassist- I know exactly that feeling, my first month practicing with an EUB was very painful, and I had to play on an album presentation with my fingers all open with the blisters popped and bleeding, it was super painful
