Even with the 4 door, I like it quite a bit. I owned an F150 and it was so much more than I needed. I move furniture, buy some large items at the store a few times a year, some mountain biking, and the f150 was a pain to park in the city and most shopping around where I live.
I ended up trading for a more family friendly Ford SUV.

I can't believe I just found out about this truck today learning from Wikipedia of all places that it was unveiled on June 8, 2021. This is a great video. Thanks so much to the guys who made it. And thanks to the engineers at Ford who talked the powers that be into producing this truck. For me personally it seems like Ford has resurrected the Model T. Affordable transportation and utility for the masses. I can almost understand why they can't build them fast enough to meet the demand. If they could also duplicate Henry's genius for production improvement and get these vehicles built I'm guessing we might be shocked with how many they will sell. Having grown up in Detroit it certainly helps to restore my faith in the industry which I was beginning to think had lost touch with the common people. 20 grand is still a lot of money to a lot of people who need reliable transportation to hold down their minimum wage jobs but this is certainly a step in the right direction. Make America Great Again. Woops did I say that? I don't want to offend anybody, especially potential customers. Now if we can just get the Lions to the Super Bowl.

With a camper shell you could carry tools and materials and even go camping in it if you are over four feet tall. The manufacturers only make pickup trucks for people that can't decide if they want a car or a pickup truck and ignore trades people and people that want something smaller than an F250 that they can go camping in now.

Remark number you can get 12 volt adapters that will fit the opening for the 12 accessory hookups that are installed. Remark number 2 yeah my Toyota Tacoma has a cubby on both sides they will not stay shut no matter what the hell I do, tried adding extra tape, tried bending the and goddamn things won't stay shut, and I never drive off road! And it has a 110 volt Outlet on one side. The ironic part is I will sell my 2013 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner that is paid for at $23,500 and I will take delivery of my new Ford Maverick that I ordered in Bozeman Montana at 22450 hey. I thank God for Toyotas resale and for Ford's innovation. I ordered my new Maverick with the hundred 110 volt Outlet on the inside. Didn't have a place to store my extension cord on the Toyota anyway without the compartment coming open. Also noticed the Maverick has much deeper under seat storage then my taco does. Don't get me wrong my PreRunner is a badass truck that gets about 26 miles to the gallon no matter how you drive it. Enough said

It resembles the Ford explorer sport trac second generation, but with small engine of course. The Maverick has the same bed design but a bit wider but the same concept. It too has compartments in it left and right side of the bed and in the front of the bed. The Maverick only has one. An yes the Ford sport trac does have an outlet too. The Ford Maverick and the Ford sport trac are the same trucks.

I drive the baby Jeep now (Renegade) and I was just looking at the fuel costs here in Canada. If I average the price of gas at $1.28/L it would save me over $1315 in fuel each year based on my driving of 55%hwy 45% city. That's crazy good fuel economy and a much more useful vehicle for my lifestyle. Can't fit plywood in the Renegade :P

Yes right onto the highway when you drive away. Best to just keep that tailgate up please. Outlets are known as 120 v sir not 110 and 400 watts is about 3.3 amps not much plus I'm pretty sure you would have to have the truck running to get 120v ? This stuff works a lot better in an electric truck with their huge batteries but not too well for an ice vehicle.
