Дак он только подшипники поменял, шётки ушатанные так и оставил, как и токосъемник с бороздами. А после такой чистки статора провода на обмотках начнут гнить...
Из всего увиденного хочется отметить отношение властей Пакистана к таким ремесленникам . Молодцы , не мешают людям о себе заботится и на хлеб зарабатывать . У нас бы уже всякими проверками задолбали вусмерть . Хотя для экологии и соседей конечно срач полный .

The diode inside is easy to breakdown, followed by the commutator, which is in use. Sparks are generated and the carbon brushes become short or the friction for a long time causes the surface of the commutator to be uneven, resulting in a short circuit of the commutator. The coil of the generator usually has a relatively thick diameter of the enameled wire. So it is not easy to damage.
After the generator is repaired, due to reasons such as insulation and dynamic balance, the first-class durability of the generated power will be reduced. However, these generators are usually used by diesel trucks, because they are relatively old, so there are few electrical equipment and the load is not so heavy, so they are still very valuable for maintenance.

Этожы не ремонт тэх обслуживание.не проверял на межвитковые замыкание якоря и стартора и реле регулятора простой другой бу омотку стартора почистел и пошивник новый поставил у них стенда нету проверит сколько вольт даёт генератор.
فعلآ أحسنت يجب فحص المولد كم مقدار الفولطية الخارجية هل هي 28فولت ويجب التحميل على الداينمو مصابيح عدد 2 ومنبه (الهورن) حتى يتم فحص المولد بشكل جيد

Admirable what has been repaired with less tools in this manner. In Germany such a repair is too expensive so a complete new spare part would be installed.

ну типа статора поменял, и дрелью проверил, а на автобусе хуй его знает будет работать или нет, и сколько вольт давать будет тоже хуй поймешь, реле-регулятор выносной.

In regard to the title - this is not a generator it's am alternator! I like the way all of the bolts and screws are torqued down. I owned a bus company for over 25 yrs and we rebuilt quite a few of these alternators but never so hap-hazard.

Outstanding, but I have to ask, as there seems to be an outlet for every specialist, is there one that comes round at the end of the day and help these guys back up onto their feet. I only ask, as if I sat like that for more than 5 minutes, I would require the combined strength of the entire workshop staff to get me up..
David I can tell you they do there work on grond they,eat on the grond round oval 6 inch high table and also have sex on ground, that's why populatin high. One fu#k and and babe's on it's way .Not like Western people trying on soft surface to luxury don't make it easy on floor, she feels right up to spot just one shoot makes it.
It is a little more work than the JC Whitney kit, that I put in mine, back in the '90's.
I watch so many of these videos, guys repairing stuff, making stuff they are all so good but here and there you get the occasional one let them down Like this one. How was the slip rings, how was the brushes I see you checking to see if any of the diodes and gone to ground but was there any gone and possibly the voltage drop through the diode, I know it had an external regulator but what was the output voltage of the alternator and did it vary with the field winding voltage? so many things not done (you had a volt meter check the output voltage)! without the regulator expect around 20/30 volts on a 12 volt system and about 40 to 45Volts on a 24 volt system; depending on the alternator loading ETC. and I am a qualified mechanic & a auto electrician for many years

This looks like a rebuild, but not the way most people infer it to mean. You dismantled it, cleaned it, replaced a few terminals and then put it back together. That hardly makes it any better than it was before.
That alternator must have come in with the complaint of noisy bearings. Didn't see anything else addressed.

Buffing with a wire wheel with no eye protection and holding it down with your foot! It does not cost a fortune to build a wooden bench to bolt the grinder to and the safety glasses used all over the world are probably made there or in a near by country. it only takes one bit of wire to take out an eye. its hard to repair stuff if you are blind.

The stator must have been bad, they replaced it with a used assembly that had more rust and no ring terminals.

Это автобусный генератор. На грузовиках стоят как автомобильные, только с напряжением 28 вольт. Этот тоже 28 вольт, но на автобусе потребителей значительно больше, вот и размеры большие.
No safety rule here! Those wire brush is veri hazardous if one broke can get to your eye or anywhere like bullet.Shoul wear safety glasses when doing this kind work.

18:56 I can't believe it! To test it he is shorting the output to ground through the bearings, by touching the cooling fins with the live wire. Terrible rough handling of the windings, continually dragging them across the concrete/dirt and crushing them on what ever else he had. When a wire from the wire wheel gets in his eye, he might just consider getting half a pair of safety glasses to protect the other eye.

@@vanadiumVGrounding to the housing would not be a problem but, putting current through ball bearings is not good for them. Arcing occurs inside the bearing where the balls contact the race, pitting the metal surfaces.
