    Hi ! Very interesting. Thanks ! I listen to a guided meditation in my target language when I wake up and I remove the nap by a body scan in english or whatever I learn. So I combine relaxation for health and memorization of vocabulary effortlessly 😊. I listen podcasts And or videos when I take my breakfast. And at night I read. My brain can work during my sleep. I speak in different languages to my pets too and I speak and think in my target language every day ❤🎉🙏

    Thank you Lidya 😂😅😂, but I don't agree about the last tip of advice. Naw I have been learning Dutch 🇳🇱 and few days ago I've made a big break almost five days - without learning Dutch. But now - I'm back and I have a lot of energy. I was tired and now I'm not so tired and I have much more enthusiasm to keep on learning Dutch.

  • @cristinacouplestherapy3819

    En other stuff which I do when I'm learning languages - I do listen music in the language I learn, music which I like and that helps me to concentrate and language that helps me to be motivated and it seems to me really fun. 🙂🤗😊

    Other type which I vote at its record your own voice when you speak language they you learn. Record vocabulary switch you are learning , and then leeson's them when you are on the street or when you are waiting for something or someone. I did it when I used to learn Spanish 🇪🇦I I recorded my speech senate listed that and I find it that they did some mistakes which I know exactly. I've learned those grammar stuffs, but while speaking I have forgotten about them and it helped me to be a teacher for myself and also that helped me to keep on improving my Spanish. 😂😅😂

    Bonjour Lydia, maintenat, I am switching from learning Hebrew to Turkish and it is fascinating! Turečtina má ľahkú slovnú zásobu a gramatiku a... dosť požičaných, ale zmenených na turečtinu, taliančinu, arabčinu, perzštinu a francúzštinu!

    The last tip was interesting because I've been learning English since january, and since that month I've always skipped saturdays and sundays and even though I do that, I always go back on track on monday I only miss weekends on my learning. I wasn't aware of it until now, after seeing your last tip and stopped to think about it.

    Using Goldlist method is good, but the only problem of this method is that the amount of time we need. For example, If I want to prepare 20 vocabulary, it may take more than one hour. So, my question is how to use this method in one hour without reducing the number of vocabulary?

    • @Languagementoring
      @Languagementoring  Před 2 lety +2

      Hi, yes, Goldlist can be more time-consuming than other vocabulary methods. As you say, you can either write less words, or you can do it only a few times a week, not every day. In any case, you have to enjoy it, otherwise the results will not be as good. If you don't have time for Goldlist, try something else, e.g. paper or electronic flashcards (Anki/ Brainscape)

      Hey Dude :) One of our favourite methods is called "shadowing" = repeating closely after somebody, e.g. when listening to a podcast, series, etc. You can also get a tutor who focuses on pronunciation, study the sounds of your language, record yourself and get feedback, etc. If you are learning English, there are great books (Pronunciation in Use, Ship or Sheep), and apps (Elsa Speaks). In our Language Master video course, we have the whole module on Pronunciation. Hope this helps good luck!
