    Can you tell me in some of your recipes you use milk would it make any different in the end result if I used lactose free milk in the recipes

    Can I ask why you use whey protein in your flour blends? I was wondering if collagen peptides would be just as well?

      I use whey protein for the protein content since gluten is protein in regular (wheat) flour. I don't know anything about collagen peptides to say whether it would work or not, but I think anything is worth a try if it has a high amount of protein in it 😊
