Due to the fact that the old shock absorber was not working properly and the stability during movement was disturbed, the front shock absorber had to be replaced.
In the video, I will show the installation of a Bitubo shock absorber.
You will also see a comparison between the original shock absorber and Bitubo.
In short: The front shock absorber of the Vespa GTS is held by two bolts at the top and two at the bottom.
To unscrew the upper two nuts it is necessary to remove the front tire, which is held in place by 5 bolts.
Before removing it, support the scooter from below. I use a jack.
