Yes, it's about her missing us, her adoring fans, but it's also about losing a person you love. In her case her mentor Christian Falk, and in mine, my mother. And listening to it while this sort of hurricane of confusion and hurt and grief tearing me up inside felt like a hug I didn't know I even knew I wanted or needed. Such an overwhelming, powerful moment, and I cried and cried and cried. Then I rushed back to my fellow loonies!😮 So yeah, I will never forget this song, and it will always occupy this certain space in me. ❤ How serendipitous can life get? Her loss and my loss.
