170g heavy cream
5g lemon juice
50g couverture sweet chocolate

25g heavy cream

i believe that if we had our ingredients at room temperature like HidaMari does then there wouldn't be a need for fancy mixers. The only time a hand mixer is used is to whip up heavy cream, because whipping it by hand takes forever..

@@kimmieskreations1969 right, I remember following her video one day and took out the cream cheese from the fridge to only suffer by trying to break it down with the spatula. And I couldn't mix as clean as her.

Feeling Sleepy This was 9 months ago. I’m not too sure if it were too thick or not, but I doubt it were anyway. Your cheesecake may melt if it’s left out for more than 10 minutes after cooking so be careful. Keep it in your refrigerator at a cool -5 or 0 degrees Celcius. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE FREEZER.
Feeling Sleepy Oh I assumed you were just gonna leave it outside and not covered. Maybe if you put it in a container after the refrigeration it could last longer
@Feeling Sleepy Sorry for the late response. Yes, it can still be brought out even if you use a normal cake pan. That's how I usually make my cheesecakes.
