- Weighed down by the responsibility of training a new rampie, and struggling to get out of Joe’s doghouse, DC-3 co‐pilot Tyler gets a once in a lifetime opportunity to stunt fly in his Cessna 150 for a visiting film crew. Meanwhile another Buffalo co‐pilot, Andrew, is up for a job with Cathay Pacific Airlines. The last time a pilot left, Joe took it personally. How will he react to the news that Andrew might be leaving?

I will never fly Cathay Pacific again knowing how they get pilots from companies like Buffalo.
Sucks when the boss and owner is a bully ect and it really sucks because it's one of the only paths for low flight hour pilots to build multi engine hours for a career but it doesn't excuse the owner being a ass it's one thing to point out mistakes but abusing people doesn't do anything besides hurt people it teaches nothing other than shame and pain and doesn't help with learning actually the opposite this way of correcting people makes them shut down and make more mistakes and learn more slowly.

Those guys in the staff house are slobs. It’s sad they lived in and wanted to live in those conditions. If they didn’t want to clean they could have all pitched in and hired someone to clean weekly.
Didn't several planes crash over the years because of a toxic cockpit environment.
That looked really dangerous, underneath the helicopter, in the downwash...not good airmanship on behalf of the helicopter pilot...then worsening weather...not great...
A lesser man would be out of business!
