(ETC: I use the pass for transportation only on Day 1 and 2, but I only 'begin' the attractions on Day 3/will the pass start on Day 1 or Day 3?) thank you!
@@sooling5529 Hello! No the pass will not start until you use it to enter first free attraction. :) You can use the pass as T-money card without activating the pass :)

At 4:28 in this video, you said "I would say I would probably buy a 72 hour pass to go to the free attraction for three days and then get discounts for remaining travel days in Korea." For my family in 2 weeks, we are planning to go to Lotte World, E Crusie and Namsan Tower. BUt with what you said at 4:28, should we use the 3-day pass to go to the free attractions for 3 days and then go to Lotte, E Crusie and Namsan on other days?

Hello, I was thinking of buying a 24hours pass online and use AREX, all 4 palaces as well as the N. Seoul tower on day 1. If that is the case would it make sense to buy the pass? Can you buy this pass when you land in Seoul? I’m landing in Seoul at 7 30am so it is possible for me to cover all these attractions in a day

Hello! You are getting a free Sim Card if you purchase the pass? Where are you getting that deal? (curious) I want to know lol. Normally, there are two types of Sim cards, Data only or Data + call. You will have to check with the place where you get the free sim card to know which type of sim card it is. :)

Oh! I remembered. It's one of the things listed under free attractions.
It is only LTE data and lasts only 24 hours. Also it will activate the pass once you receive it.

If the kid is under 6, then I think just paying for attractions are cheaper since subway is free for kids under 6. 😄
Hi I tried using my MasterCard to purchase Seoul pass on their official website and it never went through. I have downloaded and installed the app website requires. But still, I ended up on a blank page after I entered the card information and transaction was failed every time. Do you know what happened and what I can do?

Hello! Mostly, every restaurant accepts cards these days. It's actually hard to find a restaurant that doesn't take cards so I am not sure about this. But if they don't, then there will be a sign saying cash only. But it's really rare to find one.

If we buy the 72-hour Discover Seoul Pass and use the free one-way A-REX train, does that start the clock for the 72-hour period? We would pickup the Pass at Incheon airport and then take the A-Rex train. Does using the T-Money function start the clock for the 72-hour period? We will be in Korea for 3 weeks but we do not want to start using the 72-hour period until the 3rd week.
@daechoi9016 after redeeming AREX ticket from Incheon Airport, does the clock start ticking? I was told by Klook Customer Service that it will not start ticking until you activate it at an attraction. But K-Bus will activate clock. Can you verify? I am purchasing the 72 hours DSP for my Korea visit next month.
As I understand AREX is a subway so how many time that I can travel with the card or this card pass it helpfull only attraction free with with one way transport? Thank you💕
Yes it's only one way transport with free attractions. You can only take one AREX ride for free with this card. If you charge the card like T-money card, then you can use it to pay for the subways and AREX.

My korea friend, I have a question.
Which is the best option for lodging in korea for a family of 5?
So far, hotel is not a good option as most of them are made for family of 4. Usually I use airbnb but is there any other options? We are planning to visit for summer 2023 for 10 weeks. Thanks.
It’s very hard to find somewhere more than 4 in Korea. For family of 5, i think the best option is airbnb in Korea.😊
Go for guesthouses near unseo town ,there are a lot of them. it's close to the airport (2 subway stations from airport) and away from the city with a well connected subway you can reach seoul in 1hr . It's your preference, I prefer all my luggage to be closer to airport and away from city so I can sleep peacefully at night 🤗

I'm planning stay around Seoul and explore inside the city I'm not sure which one is fit to me. for discover Seoul pass hopeful for free attraction and discount and I think I will buy this pass to cover 3 days but I'm not sure between M pass and T money better. Hello! You can use Discover Seoul pass as T-money card. So you don't need to purchase T-money card. Just charge money to use it as T-money card. Umm, I will just use T-money card instead of M-pass because you already have discover seoul pass that could be used as T-money card. But if you think you will be taking a lot of transportations a day, then M-pass is better. :)

Yes, they will give you a voucher so that you can use it on the AREX ticket machine. So you can take any train in the valid period. Hope this answers! 😆

@@yourkoreafriend Dont think so. The Klook Customer Service told me that redeeming AREX ticket in airport doesn't start the clock ticking on the DSP. But redeeming K-Bus from airport will start the clocking ticking.

Hello! AREX code is given to you when you purchase the pass which you will need to input it into the AREX machine to get the AREX ticket. So when you use the card pass for t-money card, it would not activate the pass. :)

Are you just doing a layover? if yes, you can put airport info. If you have an acommodation, then put its info :) For the reason of travel, put Tour if you are just visiting Korea. :)
